Fits as expected. I am 144Lbs. Wear medium or sz 8-10 I have been buying this type item 3 years. I found buying a size up one or two sizes works best for me cause of asian sizing. This particular item i got x-large so don't get muffin top. I cut off the unneeded lace at leg because it rolls up when pulling up pant or skirt leaving a visable seam. Previous item like this was true full panty so fit better than this. It didn't slope at back or have lace that rolls. But they no longer available after 2 years of my faithful purchases. Bummer! So this has been doable till I get lucky and find a better one. It does make a marked difference in appreance in my clothes. Pads are pretty soft. I bought one other style but pads were so hard !
