This should not be a surprise to anyone who actually looks at all the pics available and reads the clear dimensions. This bed was very easy to assemble and the tools came with kit as well. It has built in led which makes it very nice. Also has a nice little ledge to store your cell phone and other small things. Love our new bed frame

The wooden slats are too short. I request seller for replacement to keep or partial refund, but they said I am not assembled correctly. They said just return with in 7 days, but that is not real solutions. The seller knows it's furniture, hard to disassemble and ship back to them. They didn't really solve the issue. ... show more

I purchased this on Christmas, arrived fast and before as expected, love the material it’s so soft and easy to install, the only thing they missed to send 5 screws for the slats but I just leave the slats like that! I don’t know is a good Idea but for the rest very comfy and I will buy it again 👌🏻

I contacted customer support with photos due to defects in the bed frame, such as the material on the support beams being stapled on the wood in a twisted manner. They sent me a video on "how to fix" but the video was irrelevant due to the product actually being defective. I never heard anything else back from them even though I sent them more pictures as they requested. FYI: It is very low to the ground and if you have a thick/deep mattress it will be too tall even with the adjustable headboard. Overall I do like the bed frame. I wish I didn't pay for an item with defects. ... show more
