I ordered the WeCreat 40W all-in-one bundle including the conveyor and fume extractor. I just finished setting up the machine, but I still need to run it. I am hoping that WeCreat will quickly remedy this issue. I have high hopes for them, I had trouble with purchasing this unit for about 2 weeks before I was actually able to purchase it. Originally I was trying to purchase this from their website but was having issues with the order processing. They were quick to troubleshoot my issues and see what was going on. In the end, the issue was something they had no control over, but I was able to get it figured out and purchased. Would love nothing more than to raise the rating to a 5 star and give an update on how they remedy this situation, but only time will tell. 3 stars for now. Update Customer support got back to me within 30 minutes of emailing them after hours. Told me it was in a separate box and was still on the way. I was surprisingly impressed by how easy this product is to use. After comparing various options for a long time, I chose this machine based on its price and features. I started using it with some trepidation but was pleasantly surprised by the results. The HD camera is fantastic, allowing me to position everything accurately with minimal effort. The preview feature means I no longer worry about wasting time and materials on failed attempts. Previously, I had a frame laser engraver that I found difficult to use, but this enclosed laser engraver has dramatically simplified the process.
