I debated on giving this a 3 instead of a 4 because the lock part feels somewhat light weight but it is working and so far no problem so I gave it a 4. The issue with it being difficult to uncoil from other reviews is real, I've stretched it out in the sun for days between blocks and it still coils right back when I release it. That's a bit annoying but not something I can't deal with. I needed to put a lock around several items I store in an open barn and this does the trick so far. I bought this to secure the surge protector in RV parks. It is super sturdy and was simple to use. However if you don't remember your combination, you're out of luck! I thought I knew it, and it took a few tries before I got it right, I was worried I would have to get it cut.
