It simply doesn't work. Even after charging for hours, it turns on and connects but the app says 0% battery and it vibrates, but it's so weak. I got a defective product and I'm very frustrated and angry.

I read the reviews, I choose to ignore them and bought this product anyways. The GF and I could not get the app to link to the device, so we gave up on that and used with the remote but the thing only lasted a few times before it broke. It will no longer turn on. App doesn't properly display battery life (android or iphone) - it does from 80% to 0%, but the sync2 is still fully functional. Most importantly, after a week, I'm unable to connect with my partner and am waiting for elevated tech support to determine why it just shows offline.
