This blanket is super soft, lightweight and so so cute. I love the tiny tan criss cross quilting stitch. It looks and feels so expensive, but was so affordable. The size is perfect as well. It's large enough to drape over the sides and end of the bed so you can tuck it in if you want to. I read some reviews that said it pilled after washing, so I'm planning to wash it by itself on a delicate cycle and hope that I have good results. This is a really attractive, soft, and well made piece -- especially given the price point. What's just as important for me is that it's a dream to remove dog hair from this cover. I have a black lab mix who sheds horribly, and a lint roller (not the adhesive kind) picks up all of her hair off this blanket in a jiffy. I've already washed it a few times and there's been no fading at all. Some of the black threading (from the little "x" decorations throughout) has come loose but I just quickly trim those pieces and they don't unravel any further.
