This product was easy to set up and learn how to use. I can download the videos and photos on my iMac with ease. However, I find the photo and video quality to be very poor regardless of the settings I use or whether I am moving or motionless. The remote control was dead on arrival so I changed the battery. Following instructions in the manual I tried to pair it with the camera to no avail. The light on the remote control came on if I kept the button pushed down. Otherwise it did nothing. I purchased this camera a few weeks before my wife passed. She was bedridden and I asked her for a kiss. She puckered her lips, gave me a kiss and took her last breath. I was able to record this with my body cam.

Nothing worse than finding a product that you really like and want, spending your hard earned money and finding important items missing from your order. I purchased a Losfom WD8 and it was missing the remote control, so I had to go through the trouble of returning it. I then purchased a new and improved Losfom WD9 that arrived missing the suction cup mount for your car window. Another Losfom product, useless, because of the missing parts. I'm very disappointed in this company. They have very nice products, they just don't send you all the parts you paid for.Update. Even after posting my review, Losfom still never sent me the car suction bracket for the windshield.Do Not Buy Anything From Losfom! It seems like once they get your money they could care less about your purchase or any missing parts. ... show more
