The fountain itself still works great but unfortunately 2 of the 3 lights no longer come on, I've only had it hooked up for 3 months. I had it connected to a dusk till dawn sensor set to go off after 8 hours so the lights weren't even left on all day, other than that I like the way the fountain looks and sounds, just stinks I can't get the full effect I was looking for anymore 😒 ... show more

These indoor / outdoor water fountains are not only beautiful, they are lightweight & easy to install and sound soothingly wonderful. They don't spatter water onto our hardwood floors either which was my main goal besides look and sound. I wish these foundations came in more colors.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited when I got this I researched and researched and it was a perfect fountain... perfect color. That was until one of the Lights Went Out and I tried to contact seller to help me fix the problem and no one has responded back to me so upset. Really bad customer service I try to go through Amazon and because the warranty is out they can't help me. This Fountain should be able to last more than one season. ... show more

However, there's a dial to adjust the height of the water flow. Apparently it keeps slipping downward and we're constantly adding water to it, bc the water evaporates each week.
