I’ve had the Waterport for a few months now and used it for the first time this past weekend. I’m not sure what happened to the hose port valve threading but I couldn’t get the attachment to stay on. Every time I pumped, the hose would leak then blow off. I looked closer at the threading and it looks like it was partially stripped so the attachment won’t stay on and if it does, it leaks and there’s no water pressure from the hose. I asked the seller (Scott) if I would be able to get a replacement if I send this one back? Or can it be fixed if possible? Scott said that shouldn't have happened and is sending me a replacement. Very good product and even better customer service. ... show more

  • This product is worth every penny.
I don’t have a picture to share but the water port is definitely sturdy and durable. If you have your own air compressor you can add pressurized water. It’s good for multiple purposes! When you go camping. Driving on the beach washing the sand off your car! It’s just a really good product

  • Cracked and leaked water after 11 months ** Problem fixed!
*Edit to add that after speaking with customer service, they have shipped me a replacement tank! Super happy that customer service was easy to work with and sent a new water tank. Bought this water tank 11 months ago and I only got to use it a few times last season but it was really great when it worked! Then I took it out for an upcoming trip and after filling it, realized all the water had leaked out. After looking I saw that the entire bottom had cracked. Which was really unfortunate to see just one day before leaving on an extended overlanding trip. I contacted support but was told the warranty was only valid for 90 days and I'd need to pay for a replacement tank at a discounted rate. Still haven't received a response to what that rate is but it's disappointing that a water tank that costs this much wouldn't last longer than a year. ... show more

  • Hairline Crack - Leaking
***Update: customer service reached out after I emailed them. I sent them all the information they needed, including pictures, and now they are going to ship me a new tank. This crack has been the only issue and other than that I am a big fan. Customer service was really helpful. That combined with the product design and usefulness I would rate this as a top product and would definitely purchase again! I loved this product! I bought it 11 months ago and we used it on our two week trip across Utah as we checked out the Mighty Five national parks. Loaded it up this weekend to use on a camping trip and noticed it wouldn’t hold any pressure. I tried to pressurize it with the hand pump and that’s when I noticed the crack. It’s very thin and hard to see. There has been no damage to the Waterport and you can barely see the crack. This thing is practically brand new and was even stored inside our house when not in use. This is now inoperable and can serve no purpose… I am a big fan of the concept, design and utility but I can’t recommend if this is the end result. ... show more

  • 40 psi max folks!
I read one reviewer who said they pressurized it to 60 psi and had a seal fail. There is a warning label that says 40 psi max. I have only used it a few times, but I'm impressed with how long it maintains a pressurized spray. I think I only had to re-pressurize it once to empty the tank. My issue is how to mount it. I don't have a roof rack and it will break if I use it on my trailer hitch off-road because of the height from the ground to the tank. No issues with on-road use with a trailer hitch. My friend has the larger version on his roof rack and WOW, warm/hot water shower heated by the sun is fantastic! For now I carry it inside my car and fit it to the hitch when in use. Sadly no solar heated water 😢 Might be the entire reason to get a roof rack. ... show more

  • Very good investment... But...
Good quality of the materials. The only things I regret: 1. the connectors are directly screwed in the plastic. I don't know how long they will hold the pressure. 2. The safety valve doesn't work!!! I checked the pressure with a gauge and I saw my compressor keeping going up until 50 PSI accidently and the safety valve didn't open. I will have to install a regulator, it's just sad this kind of regulator isn't integrated, and that the safety valve doesn't work. ... show more

  • Pressure is really good
We just received this about a month ago and took it out camping for the first time on July 4 and used it, it worked great but I’m really impressed with the pressure, today is July 18 and I went to empty the water out because I forgot and it still had pressure like you can’t believe, the water just came shooting out, hope to use this more in the near future ... show more

  • Sturdy!
Very quality feel and only thing I’d say is add thread tape to your stuff to keep from any leaks and you’ll be good. Kind of wish it came with something to hold the hose nozzle with it.
