Description

Waterpik Water Flossers are clinically proven to be more effective than traditional dental floss and Sonicare Air Floss (Model HX8181) for reducing plaque, gingivitis, and gum disease. And it's perfect for anyone with braces or implants, and those with crowns, bridges, and veneers. Easier and more effective than flossing with string, the Waterpik Cordless Water Flosser WP 360 powers away plaque and debris between teeth and below the gumline for a deep, thorough clean. Two custom tips deliver low- or high-pressure cleaning to meet your needs. And its rechargeable, battery-free design provides convenience and flexibility. More Effective and Comfortable Than Floss Finally, there is an easier, more effective alternative to string floss: the Waterpik Cordless Water Flosser WP 360. The WP 360 is ideal for those who don't like to floss, as well as for anyone who wants a deep clean that floss simply can't provide. Water flossing for about a minute a day conveniently and comfortably removes up to 99.9% of plaque from treated areas and gently massages the gums to improve overall oral health. The WP 360 is clinically proven to be up to twice as effective as string floss at improving gum health. Two Tips Clean in Specialized Ways For a customized clean, choose between the High-Pressure Classic Jet Tip or the Low-Pressure Classic Jet Tip. The High-Pressure Classic Jet Tip is best for general use. It cleans deep between teeth and below the gumline for healthier gums. The Low-Pressure Classic Jet Tip is ideal for gently cleaning sensitive areas of the gums. Rechargeable Design Provides Flexibility The cordless, rechargeable design of the WP 360 lets you walk away from the charger for maximum mobility and convenience. Never worry about batteries running out. Simply recharge the unit between uses. In addition, the WP 360's improved shape takes up less space on the bathroom countertop. The Waterpik Cordless Water Flosser WP 360 is backed by a one-year warranty. • Easy to use and clean
It isn't a substitute for flossing but definitely helps to remove tough to reach food particles.

  • Waterpick Flosser
The flosser is compact, quiet and very nice effective in removing material from teeth. I like it and recommend it.

  • Dental Hygienist
As a dental Hygienist I highly recommend this product and have seen some amazing reductions in patient's bleeding gums (bleeding=disease/infection). It is great for people with periodontal disease and gingivitis (over 90% of us have some-even professionals), as well as people who have large hands and people who have braces. I have even sold the product out of several offices because I love it so much. Here are some things to note. 1) It will take a little bit to get used to. I warn my patient's that they may get water in their eyes the first few times. The resevoir is smaller and will need to be refilled. 2) It is very convenient. When you see this in your shower you are more likely to use it daily and make it a habit. You may have to recharge it every week or so when it runs down. Also, before you use it the first time fully charge it overnight. 3) You should keep the unit away from the running water when not in use. I have had two units and never had one corrode. You need to make sure the flap where you charge it is closed fully. Just use common sense...turn the charging portal away from the water when you refill, etc. I refill right in my shower. 4) The first one I had lasted a year and a half. These things do not last forever, but for the price they are so worth it. Most people pay more for coffee a month. Is your health worth that? Also Waterpik invented the machines and are very good about replacing any defective item. Every once in awhile you get a dud battery, I don't care what kind of product it is. Call them and they will replace it. For all of you who don't know it.....we have a saying in dentistry that you only have to floss the ones you want to keep. Brushing alone will not cut it. If you do not clean under your gums you will have infection (bleeding) and bone loss around your teeth. The infection gets worse and deeper and will travel into your bloodstream. If the infection gets into your bloodstream it effects your whole body. If you have deeper pockets (probing depths) that measure 4 and above, even if you are flossing you may not be cleaning to the base of the pocket where the really nasty bacteria is hiding out. This will get where your floss will not. It does not replace floss and I tell my patient's to use them together. If you don't know what your readings are ask your Dental Hygienist. They should be checking your pockets every visit and recording them once a year. You should see your hygienist 2-4 times a year. Periodontal disease has been linked to Heart disease, Stroke, Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Pre-term low birthweight babies, Prostate Cancer....the list goes on. If your body is constantly fighting an infection in your mouth your immune system cannot do it's job if you get a cold, a cut....you name it. I am getting off my soap box. I love this product. I was skeptical at first but got deperate with a few hopeless patient's and saw amazing results...and started using it myself. Also, it will not remove hard deposits if you haven't been cleaned recently, you have to have a clean mouth to begin with. It is like anything else....you have to use it daily to see results. I use it (even before I got braces). I have my parent's using one because I believe in the product. My dad has the big countertop model and loves it...though it costs more. I have been using my second unit for over a year now. I buy them for my friends and they love them. I would not spend money on them if they didn't work. Good luck and good health! Hope this info helped some people. ... show more

  • poor, incomplete instructions, design leaves something to be desired
Update to this review: #1 the battery power is it slower and weaker than leaving it in the charger while using it. that shouldn't be if it is a good decent battery. #2 after using for a few months this one pumps about half the strength on the cord that it did in the beginning. #3 The reservoir door, though it has a ruber seal, doesn't seal water in. The result of this lack of a decent seal and shutting mechanism is that I loaded it with water to take with me and use cordless once and of course ALL TH#E WATER LEAKED OUT. #4 all the water comes out ONLY in a perfect upright position likely because the siphon is just a cut end of a hose instead of an engineered pickup system. as far as I know, Water Pik is the inventor of this and as such, i would think that it is in the company's best interest to set the standard wqith the best designs, like Leatherman and the Multi Tool does, , but that does not appear to be so. The cons: The "instructions" like most instructions these days consist mostly of a bunch of legal disclaimers and little else that is helpful. Missing from the instructions, I feel, is that it does not tell you how to install the tip nor how to remove it and I got one installed easy enough but don't know how to take it back of and can't figure it out. In fact the instructions suck so bad that i disgustedly threw them away. Also there is scant information about what kind of liquids can be used in it. common sense tells me to run only distilled water in it. but the instructions go on about how to clean hard water deposits out of it and not to put any particulate matter with water in the reservoir as that will damage it. But it NEVER gives ANY examples of what that could be AND it doesn't even say anything about the best practice of using only distilled water. I wanted to know if I could use it with distilled water with salt dissolved in it or a mouthwash product and it doesn't say. The pro: after using it a few days it seems to clean my teeth gums and help them heal. other than that I have nothing to say that is good about it. The cons: it runs out of water very quickly and always stops pumping water when it is near empty and then when you remove it shoots a big healthy stream in your face or on the wall and then it's really empty. To do all my teeth and gums , it takes at least three refills Counterintuitive on/off buttons: It is a two button on off scheme which is clumsy and you have to remember to turn it on in your mouth and move your finger to the off button to get ready to turn it off. the first few times I always tried to repress the on button that I still had my finger on to turn it off and of course it didn't go off and squirted water all over. I feel that a single "hold on/release off" power button would be much more user friendly or perhaps a an on/off rocker switch. ... show more
