This is a very sturdy free-standing faucet. I was surprised at how heavy it is. The installation is quite simple, but, because of the location of our water supply the hoses were too short. My plumber told me that we needed 36" hoses instead of the 30" ones that come with the product. I called the company and they were nice enough to off the longer hoses for free and with no shipping charges! We haven't finished the installation, so I can't yet say how everything works, but I am pleased with the appearance of the faucet and with how solidly constructed it seems to be. ... show more

This is a very heavy well made faucet. The spray attachment is such a great tool to clean the tub and wash hair while in the tub. The water falls like a waterfall, so pretty. I wipe it down when I clean the tub, so water spots won’t wear it down from hard water.

This faucet looks very robust and I love the design. It will give a great look to my renewed master bathroom. The hoses are a bit long but supplier is very responsive and arranged new custom length hoses. Customer service is excellent. I'm very pleased.

This tub filler was the right choice to complete our master bath remodeling project. This WOWKK product is very well made and has a beautiful brushed nickel finish. As others have noted, the water line length was not suitable for our needs but representative Kelly at the office was quick to assist with the proper replacement. Nice unit, heavy, will be nice once the correct hoses are received. Working with seller for this. 1/2in are too big for theading thru inside sleeve and kink rendering unusable.

The faucets have a modern look and have all the parts included, but for some reason, the hoses in my package were not long enough, and I had to improvise. If you have the same problem, call them. They will help you not create an adapter.
