Update: Bad product, bad customer service. Manufacturer contacted me offered send a replacement, but never did. Warped parts, cheaply made, thin, lightweight, poor quality. Sprayed water every where. There is no way to contact manufacturer.

First time someone took a shower, handle broke. Just cheaply made. Do not buy, save yourself the time to install and have to reinstall something different after a day of using. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable
