The 4 water pressure modes are fantastic, I use the sensitive one because I have implants and sensitive gums, but I tried all 4 modes so I can decide wisely. The water tank has 300ml capacity and is enough for a good cleaning without refilling, it is also detachable (if you want) for better filling and weekly cleaning. This model is the “Upgrade” with a better battery that lasts three weeks although the first time you must charge it for 4 hours for it to be full. It is light, ergonomic and very silent, you can hardly feel it. It comes with many extra accessories that serve not only you, but four other members of your household. I’ve purchased two and BOTH were terrible. The 1st one was great initially and then a little over 30 days later the sprayer lost its intensity and it turned into a dull pulse like spray not cleaning anything. The second one I purchased was defective on arrival. Don’t waste your time or money.

I decided to try it and see for myself. The reviews were accurate, it is the right size, and the battery lasts a long time. I have only had to charge it once every week. It's very strong and gets the job done. I do wish it came with a plug though instead of you having to purchase a separate USB box.

The flosser works well. It has a soft case to keep it in. The biggest problem is the charging. It is a proprietary charging port so if you lose the charging cord (like I did) it is worthless. It would be much better if it had a USB-C port like many others. I recommend looking for a unit that has a USB-C port. ... show more

    • Charged it to full capacity, but the light only stays on green. Nothing else will happen.
I've had the product less than a month and it just stays on green light. Nothing will happen. Try different Out tried changing USB areas it just stays on green a little disappointed
