    • Works Pretty Well if It Doesn't Break
Just another quick update: A year later I have to say the company has gone above on beyond on supporting their product. My Flosser stopped working after around 11 months and they sent out a replacement within just a few days and extended the warranty another six months. So while my initial review was mixed, I've been so impressed by the support of their product that I'm updating it to five stars, very satisfied and glad to keep using the flosser every day! Just a quick update: to the credit of the company, they did contact me about my review and sent a video link on how to remove the stuck tip, which worked. And they offered a full refund. I told them not to worry about the refund and that I would continue to use the unit, since it's working okay again. The issue with the broken tip seems to be a known issue and hopefully it won't occur again, but I'm willing to give the unit another try. And I appreciate the good customer service. --- I liked this item and thought it did an adequate job helping to keep my teeth clean after doing a deep cleaning at the dentist's office. Unfortunately, like quite a few others reviews here, the problem is that after a month the tip broke off, which seems to be a fairly common problem, and the part that attaches inside the unit is stuck in there and I can't for the life of me remove it. So I'll probably just be tossing the whole thing in the trash. If it wasn't for this issue, I would have continued to use the unit. It's not perfect by any means but for the price it does the job all right - that is, if it doesn't break on you! ... show more

    • A Terrific Item - If it Doesn’t Stop Working!
EDITED TO ADD: upon posting my original review, the Company reached out and automatically replaced the unit. Great customer service and support. Adding a Star for it. Hopefully this one will last longer! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought the flosser in early November 2022 based on high ratings after being dissatisfied with another company’s product’s inability to tell me how to remove the reservoir to clean it. This brand was very clear in all it’s instructions. Pros: • easy to fill and use, great directions • blasts so much food out of your teeth you have to wonder why you even bothered to brush • came with all sorts of extra items including a tongue scraper and dental mirror • charge lasts a solid month • very easy to clean the water reservoir • small size and cordless makes it terrific for travel, also doesn’t take up much bathroom counter space Cons: • February 10th 2023 it stopped working - I thought it was due to a low charge, so I recharged it, and it worked 6 more days before stopping entirely • it sounds as though water got into the upper half - the “engine” - probably when either filling the reservoir or when I was leaned over the sink angling the nozzle to clean my teeth. Regardless the seal between engine and water isn’t good and likely shorted out the engine. 5 stars for the features, 1 star for the lifespan = 3 stars overall. It was a great 3 months! ... show more

    • Excellent customer service
Bought this flosser in early November 2022, and it stopped charging late November 2023, just outside the warranty period. I reached out to the vendor, and they still shipped a new one out to me within a week, free of charge. They also applied a 6 month warranty to the new one that they shipped out. Extremely fast response, and easy to work with. And the vendor aside, the flosser does very well. It's strong without being painful, and the delay on the start button is invaluable. I've used other flossers without a delay and it's very annoying to pick up your flosser, accidentally hit the button, and spray across the entire bathroom.     • Great portable cordless water pic
I purchased this Weiss water pic about (18) months ago. It’s so easy to use, has multiple settings and performs flawlessly for many hours on a single charge. Also I’d like to mention their customer service support is outstanding. They respond to any and all queries you may have.
