Excellent with real Crystals. WOW! I am blown away by how beautiful this pendant light is. I cant figure our why someone said the crystals are plastic. They are beautiful faceted glass. Maybe not "real" crystal, but they are glass and give such a beautiful glimmer. I bought this for a drab hallway that depressed me every time I walked down it. Now I turn the light on just to cheer myself up! Really it is very beautiful and no I am not paid for this flippin review. I looked at so many lamps on Amazon and kept coming back to this one even though the reviews were not great. And who ever is answering the questions obviously got a different lamp! As you can see in my pics this thing is class all the way and it is not cheap painted metal! It is heavy and quality. You dont get much in the way of directions. Have a pro install or a super duper hubby who knows how to do this kind of job. My ceilings are low, so we (that is the royal we) had to custom cut the the top rod to make it closer to the ceiling. It can be done. One thing was not included: the main drop glass pendant. Luckily I am the Crystal Queen and have them all over my home. I just chose one and put it on. Works perfect and is even more beautiful. Look at my pics. It is so lovely. The price? It is so low for the quality so buy it now as I am sure the price will go up. The drum shade is great.It is an off white, not a cream. So if you need a cream shade dont get this. It came wrapped up so nicely and with such care. The whole thing was packaged nicely. Nothing broken. I just adore this lamp. It is a bright spot in a drab and dark hallway. I can highly recommend the purchase of the Melissa Crystal Chandelier. I am sorry the pics are showing up sideways. Tried to fix and this is just what is coming up!!! Sorry. ... show more

    • Nice but mine came defective
It is a very pretty chandelier and good quality for the price paid. However, it was not described properly by the seller. The chandelier only has three bulbs not five like the listing stated. My chandelier also came defective, the holes are not drilled into one of the "leaves" where the crystals hang. Unfortunately I did not notice this until after it was up not sure how I am going to fix that problem :( ... show more

This chandelier is beautiful, but not easy to put together. The worst thing about this product is the deception in the description. The description states "5 lights", this is not a 5 light chandelier, it only has 3 lights. The seller is lying. I love this chandelier, it's worth the money the only thing is that it was missing a connector/nut for the base to screw into, so I had to use the chain to hang it. It looks amazing in my dining room.

Very versatile. Instructions don't really explain the different options. For me I had to spend a while to figure what I needed to do to mount it for my situation. Great looking light.

Cute, I really like it, however it does look a little different than the online picture. The directions were also a little lacking! My laundry room is adorable now! I used it as a flushmount. Thank you amazon! 😊
