The SIM card is a great price for conversion to Verizon for a Walmart family mobile phone. However, the SIM card Walmart Family Mobile originally sent me to convert from T-Mobile to Verizon did not work so they told me I had to purchase another one. I wasn't going to pay another $25 so I ordered this one. There was nothing wrong with this one I want to be clear about that. It worked perfectly but they could not get it to work with my phone it took them 3 days. They couldn't get my other one to work either.     • Don’t get this phone service!
If you buy a family line make sure to activate at the same time, if not they will steal your money and make you buy another to activate the other line. If you upgrade your phone and hand only an eSIM. They don’t provide that service. Switched to Mint mobile. Paid $104 for 6 months of unlimited service, they work with eSIM. And they activate your phone right away. So far I have had great service, no problem. And won’t have to worry about paying service for 6months. This is one of the worst services! ... show more

I ordered a sim card directly from family mobile, still haven't got it. Got this sim today from Amazon after only one day, transferred my service to this new sim card and it worked beautifully. Everything went smoothly.
