Yet another Chinese piece of photographed wood furniture. This one we were very happy with. The color is great for most off white and retro looking. I have to say this was soooo much easier to put together than the bureaus with drawers. It was very straight forward to assemble with minimal pieces. They thought to put two extra legs in the middle of the bottom piece to reinforce and stop any bowing from weight. Being low at 24" it is extremely stable and the top weighs a ton. We put a 77" TV on it and it took up all but two inches of the top piece. It looks great and kind of downplays the large size of the TV. I tossed the mickey mouse school glue they included and used Titebond III wood glue. I put if liberally on the entire edges which joined and not just the little wood dowel plugs. An occasional wack with a rubber mallet or hard push with a hand and everything went together with totally acceptable tolerances. The cabinet doors are fixed hinges so no adjustment ability like a kitchen cabinet. They will line up as straight as you put the piece together. They can be very slightly adjusted by loosening the hing screws a little. All in all a very good piece which is sturdy, looks good and will last a very long time. ... show more

Took me two hours to assemble, mostly because the top panel was longer than the rest of the unit. This resulted it bowing in the middle. My wife had to sit on top of it for me to complete securing the top panel to the rest of the unit. Other than that, this is a beautiful TV stand and very sturdy/heavy. This was just perfect for our living room. Was hesitant to buy something this heavy and if it doesn’t work out, I had to return it. It’s better than I expected. For the price, it’s worth it. Highly recommended. It took about 2 and half for my husband to build it. FYI, you need to get extra wood glue but he tried to make it work. His complaint was the instructions are off and the doors are not aligned but it’s still worth the purchase that’s why it’s 4 stars. ... show more

Much better quality I was expecting considering the price. Super impressed overall and it looks very nice. Not hard to build, but it will likely take an hr+ to complete. A power tool helps a lot. I don't think you can buy a better stand for the price.

I absolutely love this stand. It is Stone Grey, very sturdy. I have a 86' tv on it, which is heavy, no problem with the weight. The price was a bargain when I bought it. I see it went up. Just know if the price goes back down, grab it, it's worth the money. I even got the matching cabinet (also consider a small TV stand) but I use it for storage. Awesome!!! ... show more

The packaging was so bad when I received it that I was very worried I was going to have to return it. It was beat up and you could tell where it had been re-taped. There were a couple very small damaged spots but luckily it happened to be where you can’t see it once it was put together. Other than that I was happy.
