  • Super glass top desk
Walker Edison Ellis Modern Glass Top L - Shaped desk is just what I needed for more desk space in my home office. Was fairly easy to assemble and was packaged extremely well. I'm sure they've learned the hard way - If it's not packaged really well - the delivery USPS, FedEx or UPS will do their best to destroy the box before delivery. ... show more

  • Great Desk
This is a great desk. I used it for about a year and a half with constant work-from-home. Here are my issues: i Wish the keyboard slide out was a bit bigger. If you have a mechanical keyboard with the 10-key feature your not going to have a lot of space for your hands to actually type. You can forget about any side space for a mouse at that point. I wound up using my keyboard mostly on the desk due to this issue. there is plenty of space for monitors and what not and have the l-shape helps keep the work close to you. My second issue is that i wish the desk was a bit higher. Maybe another 4-6 inches. With my office chair at its lowest setting my arm rests will catch on the glass and lift it up but wont quite slide under the actual desk. I found that after relocating the desk in my office some of the screws got a bit loose and some were just stripped. All in all this is a great desk and it served it purpose. ... show more

  • It did its job. Perfect for small space.
My only gripe is that its assembly instruction didn't mention what direction to screw the bars. There were holes that were supposedly placement for suction cups. Too late when I found out and it would be difficult to redo and adjust.

  • Just what I was looking for!
I had been looking for a decent desk for a long time. I needed something that would easily fit in my space and give me plenty of room for my equipment. This desk is perfect! I have my dual monitors set up on monitor stands, I have my laptop on the other side for work, I have my speakers, calculator and other items and there is still more than enough room for me to work comfortably. The keyboard tray is the one item that was a must have for me and it's perfect. The desk itself was fairly easy to put together. I would say it took a little less than an hour for me to do alone, but given all the parts I would say that was fairly quick. It is heavy because of the tempered glass, but that makes it very sturdy. I would highly recommend this desk and I would most certainly buy it again. ... show more

  • Small L Shape Desk
Overall, I will say we got what we paid for - an inexpensive, small L shape desk. It was mildly annoying to assemble as some of the bolts/screws did not want to line up properly but I got it done. Took me about an hour and a half by myself. We installed the keyboard tray but I do not trust it for a second. It feels flimsy and unsupported. The desk works for now, we have two monitors, a laptop, keyboard and mouse all sitting on top. Use it for work purposes in our home office. I keep thinking about the reviews that showed the glass tops shattering randomly and I can’t help but wonder if that will happen to us. I will be searching for something a bit bigger as I look to replace this in the near future. ... show more

  • I'd rate this lower if I actually wanted to use the keyboard tray.
I really like the way this desk looks and it's nice and functional for the price, but assembling it was kind of a pain-- not because it should have been difficult as the instructions are good and the pieces generally fit together without much fuss-- but because of manufacturing defects. The keyboard tray for example would require power tools to assemble properly with what I was given, as the bolt holes on the tray mounts were not placed properly to be able to mount to the frame-- it was literally impossible. I didn't really want a keyboard tray anyway so I just didn't install it. The feet on the legs had a similar issue. Most of them screwed in fine, but some of them the hole just wasn't quite lined up. So if you screwed em all in to the natural stop point, you'd have a lopsided desk. As a solution, I just screwed all the feet in about like 60%. I needed to use a spacer to ensure a consistent height on the feet, but it's perfectly stable this way as the feet don't strictly speaking need to screw in completely. ... show more
