  • The bed is only suitable for children
Color: Grey Style: Twin Over Twin
The lower bunk of this bunk bed is very low, not suitable for children over ten years old and adults. Installing this bed was not an easy task. The bed is about the same quality as it costs.

  • GREAT Customer Service!
Color: Cherry Style: Twin Over Twin
Our grandson was jumping on the bed and broke some of the mattress support boards and customer service replaced them for us. We also added a bunkie board for extra strength. Kids will be kids.

  • It is BEAUTIFUL.
Color: Espresso Style: Twin Over Twin
After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous about what the condition of the bed would be when it arrived. It was in perfect condition. No scratches, no missing pieces, and it smelled so good, if you like the smell of wood. My husband and I put it together in two evenings. We worked until we were bored with it and then finished the next evening. No problem at all putting it together. Take your time, FOLLOW the easy directions step by step don't skip around just do it one step at a time. You shouldn't have a problem. I do suggest that two people do it, just makes it easier. Oh and if you have a drill definitely use it. The bed is very sturdy and looks so nice !!! the grand kids absolutely love it !!! ... show more

  • Worked for three months
Color: Grey Style: Twin Over Twin
The bed slat broke while kid was making his bed. Prior to this I thought the bed was great, but now I am not impressed. For reference my kids are no where near the weight limit.

  • Good for my kids
Color: Black Style: Twin Over Twin
3/19/23: I laid on the bottom bunk for about an hour and I’m 200lbs along with my 45lbs son, it held us well. I am definitely thinking about putting better slats as the ones provided bed easily. My daughter 80lbs sleeps on top and I can tell from the bottom bunk where she is laying because the slats bed a tad bit. It isn’t concerning but I am thinking about changing the slats. Had this bed since Dec 2022 and still holding up well. ... show more

  • Sturdy bed with some minor issues.
Color: Walnut Style: Twin Low Loft
I built this bed by myself in about 2½ hours. It helps to have a drill/driver. It is solid and came with all the required parts and the full complement of bed slats. It feels rock solid and my 4 year old son loves it. However there were some issues. Mine had some damage from shipping and I'm still waiting from the manufacturer to get back to me about replacing these pieces as the damage was cosmetic. What I don't like about the bed is that the edges feel sharp. I remember kids furniture growing up to have softer beveled edges and this bed has only a few. The stain on the wood was even. The provided hardware was organized but maybe label outside the bags as opposed to small pieces of paper that soak up the oil coating the screws. Overall I'm happy with it. My son loves it and he now has a place to play underneath. ... show more

  • Good bunk bed- add more slats to make it safer
Color: Grey Style: Twin Over Twin
We got this for our daughters- currently 3 and 5. Works perfect for them. The only negative is that the wooden slats are flimsy and there aren't enough. Our girls were playing on one of the beds (not even jumping or rough housing) and a slat broke. My husband went and got some extra lumber to reinforce it (added an extra $28 to the beds + a few hours of time). After that, they were great. I think they should be made better, but for the price and in a world where it's incredibly hard to find good quality things, it's fine. ... show more

  • Love the beds!!!!
Color: Espresso Style: Twin Over Twin
Our twins are getting older and it was time to transition them from their toddler beds to bigger beds. Bunkbeds seemed like the best choice since they prefer to be together. We decided to wait a while before stacking the beds since they are five. Both our little girl and little boy love their new beds and immediately decided they were much better than their toddler beds. My husband said the beds were easy to put together once he decided to use a drill to tighten the screws. I added the slats and did find it to be a somewhat arduous task nailing some of the boards in place since some of the slats were shorter than others and it was very difficult to apply pressure to screw the nail into the board. My husband decided to angle the screws on the shorter slats and they appear to be working just fine. Initially, we did not order bunkie boards but have now decided to use some. We feel much more confident the bunkie boards will hold our little twins better than just the slats. The instructions were pretty easy to follow but properly adding the cam locks and screws took a little longer than I would have liked but I fully understand the reason for them, I just feel a second person would have made that process go much faster. But, all in all, the beds seem sturdy and good quality. We are glad we found the mattresses we did. We do wish there had been some references to the best mattresses for bunkbeds listed with the beds. But, after reading quite a few of the reviews, we found the perfect mattresses. If you are thinking about getting a bunkbed, these will be perfect. The price point was also great. ... show more
