Love this tv stand! The fireplace puts out a good amount of heat. Just wish it had a remote, but our room is small enough that it’s not a big deal to get up and switch the fireplace/heat on and off. My box did not include printed instructions, but I just pulled up the instructions under the product details. It is very clear and everything was well marked. The hardest part was using the hex wrench to install the side pieces as the pre drilled holes are drilled incredibly small. Just took some elbow grease but it went in. My package was missing only one set of screws used to secure the fireplace with the brackets so that it does not fall. I don’t foresee this as being a big issue for current use and will eventually go get replacement screws. Unfortunate that mine was missing it, but only a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, this piece is packaged well, made well, and is surprisingly sturdy. I still would move it by lifting from the bottom, but I love this thing. ... show more

Came packaged very well with no shipping damage. It will take some time to put together, start to finish 2.5 hours. Do yourself a favor and buy some good quality wood glue, there is plenty of dowels. Assembled by myself except for the tabletop, needed another set of hands. Came with extra spare parts, but was not needed, no missing parts. Instructions are pretty clear too. Would buy again if needed. Box is heavy, definitely a 2 person move. If your are hesitating, go for it, I am glad I did. Fireplace is pretty, and throws some good heat. ... show more

This is a nice TV stand. It is not all that easy to assemble as it does take some time to put together. The parts go together fairly well. It has wooden dowels that fit very loose and need to be glued in to place. All in all it is a nice TV stand. We placed a 75 inch TV on it and it does fit nice. The fire place does not have a remote. I don't expect laminate furniture to be heirloom-grade. It's disposable, but it should at least last a few years. This garbage didn't even last a day. The problem is that the fake wood used for the legs isn't even particleboard - it's extremely low-grade material that's like someone compressed cardboard or something like that. The fake wood look on the legs isn't even laminate - it's just really cheap, flimsy stickers. One leg arrived with visible damage, and the vendor replaced it quickly and without complaint. Good for them. After unpacking it, the replacement rolled off my ottoman onto the floor (about 16" / 40cm) and the corner deformed and the sticker tore. You can almost ruin these just by looking at them funny. After I had assembled the unit, I had a bit of very minor flooding in my condo - about 1/8" (4mm) of water before the flow was stopped. This hit some of my laminate furniture, all of which was fine except for where the water hit this piece. The compressed cardboard-like legs soaked up the water, swelled up, and the stickers peeled right off. I'll figure something out with the legs - I'll probably have to paint them or something and just live with the contrast look. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. IT IS COMPLETE JUNK. ... show more

We love the look and the heat it puts out, but it sags about a half inch in the middle. It has great storage but after 3 years of trying to fix the sag we’re done.
