For the price you can not beat this set of bands. I was really not expecting much but this is a great set. The poster with all different exercises are great. I have been using youtube video workouts with the bands. If you are looking for a nice well made set, this is it.

These bands are great! For beginner to intermediate. The table of exercises are very helpful for showing types of exercises and what part of the body they work. It's great!

Well at first the product was great used twice a week for 3 months. Yesterday the 50# band snapped during curls. Unfortunately it's after the 90 warranty. I'm contacting the seller to see if anything can be done.
