Therefore, as long as you "do work" you control your development whether its weight loss, a healthy heart, or building muscles. Implement your own strength program it works. I really have enjoyed this product. So much nicer from a storage and portability standpoint. I'm not a big guy -- 6 ft, 165 lbs. And, I'm 58 years old. However, one of the bands snapped on me. And that hurt. Some of the other bands have what I call 'stress marks' -- they are a faded, white/gray area. I'm concerned that these are starting to weaken and may break. ... show more
