The shelf looks as good as it does online and definitely holds 25 pounds, as advertised. The only issue I have is the wire holders. I want to use them to hide and guide the wires, but they're very difficult to use. I put the speakers on after building the shelves. I would have to have run the wires while mounting the shelves to get it right and easy, but didn't realize that. ... show more

Looks like the pictures. Nice design and easy to install. Wire organization was easy after I figured out how to slide the wire organizing combs in and out of their slots. Pros: Small and modern looking. Looks good under my wall mounted television. Perfect for my DVD player. Cons (minor): The glass connects to the metal frame with one bolt hole near the wall. If there were a sturdiness concern, it would be right there. The bolt that came with mine didn't fit either. I think they sent me the wrong bolt but I found another that worked fine. ... show more

I mounted this in drywall with anchors rated at 170lbs. Added a monkey hook below it as well. Seems to be fine so far but i skipped out on using the glass shelf at all. It's super heavy & unnecessary. Plus, the glass is held on with only one screw in the back.... not sturdy at all.
