Extremely sour & bitter. How can you get vanilla wrong?!?

I had high hopes for this marshmallow dip, but it was a huge disappointment in flavor and texture. First of all, when I opened it, it had been shipped on a hot summer day. So I thought the texture was thin and gelatinous like un-set jello because of the heat. Nope. That's just how it is. Even after r
efrigerating and shaking it vigorously, I would not say "smooth and creamy" describes this. I understand it's a "dip" and isn't supposed to compare to marshmallow fluff, but I was hoping for something in between like a thick sauce I could pour over my homemade keto ice cream. This is a bit too slimy and doesn't move like a dip or a sauce. I could have seen past the texture if the flavor was better. When it comes down to it, marshmallows basically taste like vanilla to me, and how can you possibly get vanilla flavor wrong? Somehow they managed. The intensely sour and bitter flavor doesn't even allow you to taste the sweetness you're expecting from this diet dessert topping. I've tried their chocolate, caramel, strawberry, blueberry, and pancake syrups as well. They all have the same sour and bitter flavor. Such a shame because I had high hopes for this brand that was recommended to me by my dietician. The glass bottle packaging and the nice graphics on the label, highlighting non-gmo and many other fine attributes I like to see in my processed food labels - all of it made me think this was going to be a game-changer that would get me through the halfway point of my weight loss journey. Sadly, I'll have to keep looking. I'd like to try their salad dressings to see if maybe something that's not intended as a dessert flavor will taste better, but all their stuff is so expensive, and at this point I don't want to throw good money after bad.

Tastes totally artificial

This "dip" is disgusting, and is the same consistency and flavor as their syrup. I had hoped for something better tasting and thicker given the dip labeling, but it's the same awful stuff in a jar instead of a bottle.

The caramel sauce was too thin and not enough sugar for dipping apples

To dip apple slices. When I opened the package there was sauce all over the jar. The lid was dented and the lid was loose which was probably done in transit.

The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for something similar to caramel, this is NOT it. As a Type 1 diabetic, I appreciate that this is an option but it is not for me because the consistency is runny (not thick) and it does not taste anything like caramel.

Mine didn't break! But flavor is meh

I was really worried after looking at other reviews that mine would end up broken, but fortunately it was delivered with care! It got to me early as well, I appreciate the fast shipping. The flavor issssss uhhhhhhhh not amazing. I don't know if I could even recognize is as a marshmallow off the bat.
I first tried it with a vegan pumpkin peanut butter cup, trying to create the fluffernutter vibe, but it was not a strong marshmallow flavor. The good thing is that I think there will be easy ways to go through it and it issss 0 calories so that's good. Idk probably not going to buy it again, but glad I took the chance on it regardless.

Perfect fruit dip when mixed with peanut butter

I've been looking for something calorie free to mix with peanut butter for an apple dip. This marshmallow dip is absolutely perfect. By itself, the taste isn't great, although I can taste strong vanilla, which is good. When mixed with peanut butter, it makes a sweet, light, & fluffy dip that I love.
I've found that mixing it with equal parts of each makes the nicest spreading and dipping consistency. Marshmallows are made of sugar, so, of course, this can't be exactly the same taste or texture as marshmallow cream, but it certainly works for my purpose! I ordered 1 a couple of weeks ago & am ordering two more today.

This product is awful. It has an awful flavor it’s bitter with the only thing you taste is bitterness no other flavor makes you want it literally wipe the inside of your mouth out with a paper towel. It’s really sad that diabetics have to endure eating this type of product because there is very limit
ed products there sugar-free this particular one should not be sold and you can’t get a refund for it. I had other people Try it and they literally had to spit it out. It made them gag. It’s horrible.
