I didn't know I was purchasing used brakes in a completely opened box. The box didn't even stay closed in the envelope because there was no tape on it. Two of the breaks were loose in the envelope. i have fifty years experience as a journeyman and was somewhat dismayed by my purchase the pads themselves seem to perform ok. the supplied installation clips are terrible.too thick..too brittle.cracked when tried to adjust securely.caused pads to bind excessively in the mounting bracket not allowing pads to function properly.deemed totally unusable.had to substitute proper clips for correct install from another manufacturer not to mention lost time and opening another new package of delco pads .tried to contact Wagner service line - left messages and received absolutely no response.not sure was a wise decision . ... show more
