When receiving the item, the box was fully intact and had all the items included in the box, including the practically disposable clips. The brakes were installed on my vehicle and we used them for roughly 100 miles worth of testing. During the testing, there was no noise that came from the brakes, no vibrations, and no off smell. After reading the reviews, I knew the person that had noise problems and stated they were the worst set of pads were not correct! This kit is a quality replacement front pad kit, I should know back in the years I used to sell them to dealers and shops without problems of any sort... they do come with new shims, squeal sensors and guide lube for a perfect installation, which will require professional installation and the only reason why that person had problems with this quality front pad set! ... show more
