They were delivered EXTREMELY fast, I was pleasantly surprised. No damages whatsoever during shipping. Assembly was smooth and fairly quick, I was able to put them together by myself, the color is as described, the fabric doesn’t smell. They’re so cute and very sturdy, you gotta buy them!

These are impressively good quality. They are solid wood arms & legs. The cushions are comfortable & the fabric is good quality. They are exactly what they look like in the pictures. I’m shocked by how much I love them!! Only complaint is that the shipping price costs almost as much as the actual chair. Seems ridiculous. The seller should just raise the price of the chair rather than offsetting the low price with an outrageous shipping cost. They did ship faster than expected though. ... show more

Came broken. *Update Seller responded right away and sent two new arms. I received the new pair within only a couple of days. It was very fast. Putting the chair together was easy and I really like the way the chair looks. The new arms were a different color then the first pair and I liked the first pairs color better but it's not a huge deal. The new pair doesn't match the other small piece of wood in the front now but it's not very noticeable. The new set of arms is just a little more orange/red. The chair cushion is unfortunately a tad yellow. Its definitely on the firm side which I'd actually prefer over too soft. I may change the pillow to add more comfort. I overall like the chair and definitely keeping it. Also very pleased with the customer service as well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ok first of all , I have to start with apologies to the seller. Once I received the chairs, I thought there were no hardware and pillows and requested a return. The seller messaged me to check for the missing things inside the cushions and I swore I didn’t see the pocket there so I had decided to record it and surprise surprise I found all of the pillows and hardware, so make sure to check the back of the cushions. It was relatively easy for me to assemble them, I had a problem with one screw which kept spinning so one of the reviewers mentioned how to fix that problem ( which is maybe obvious for most of people, but not for me, who couldn’t find hardware and pillows ha). Anyways the chairs are extremely comfortable, I love sitting in them and I get lots of compliments from guests. They are on the hard side and pretty low, so older people might have problems with getting up from them. Overall I love the way they look and feel and price point was great ! Thank you ... show more

I want to start this review with a huge thank you to the seller. Not only did the seller answer my questions they also are sending me a new arm for the chair that broke during shipping. Building the chair was so easy I followed the instructions and had NO issues I built it by myself. The color is cream/beige not white but I knew that going into this because of other reviews. I love the color and the texture of the chairs fabric. If your hesitant don’t be the seller is amazing with communicating and making sure you’re taken care of. Cannot wait for the new arm to arrive so I can assemble the second chair. They do ship the chairs separately when you buy the pair but the seller immediately told me that. I am so beyond happy with these chairs!!!!!! If your looking for a sign to buy these chairs this is it!!!!! I ordered the chairs January 3rd and received them January 7th I think that’s really quick! Update Edit: I have received the new arms for my second chair and they match the ones that had broke during shipping. Again 10 out of 10 this seller rocks. They shipped it a day after I told them about the damage arms. Received two days later! ... show more

Do NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. This was on my daughter’s Christmas List and she changed her mind. Received permission to return the item (Buyer covering return costs) standing in a long line at UPS only to find that the address provided is undeliverable. Reached out to seller. Not providing address as requested but offering us $15 to keep the chair that is not wanted anymore. Getting run around we realized that the chair would cost more than it is worth by paying far too much to send the chair back. Put the chair together with a huge indentation on the back of the chair that’s noticeable and it being completely uncomfortable. Be careful as you put chair together. The plywood was rough and gave me a splinter. So we are stuck with an uncomfortable chair with a dent in it and a daughter that isn’t completely satisfied for her Christmas present. Wish Amazon would vet their sellers a bit more since we didn’t have the ease to send it back. ... show more
