Update 8/6/2024 - It has been a little less than 2 months and I couldn't be more excited to share with everyone my experience. I would recommend this bike to just about anyone who is looking for reliability, long distance rides without having to stop to charge, and those who live in areas with tons of hills and dirt roads. I have about 600 miles on my bike and I have not had but 1 issue - my battery tray cracked (probably due to the CRAPPY NYC roads). I spoke to Amy, who is their customer service rep and in less than a week, I received a replacement tray. I don't know what else to expect out of customer service or an E-Bike. I have received tons of compliments and I have gone on long rides. A few times now, I have rode the entire way from Long Island to Manhattan and only using 15-20% of my battery - that's 20 miles! This bike is amazing and I am a loyal fan of Wallke! Update 7/4/2024 - I am very happy to report that I have been thoroughly enjoying my H9 AWD 48v 60Ah since I received it 6/11/2024. It has been nothing but EXCELLENT as far as performance and customer support (Esp. Amy at Wallke). I had to report an issue due to what I'm sure is poor handling during shipping and it was handled professionally and swiftly. Otherwise, I have tackled hills, dirt roads, long distances and I could not be any happier with my purchase! ‐-----------‐------- This is more of my first thoughts after ordering, receiving, unboxing and riding the e-bike for the first time. Updates to come. You can tell from the way they packaged this bike for shipping that they care about their name and their products. Everything was wrapped with styrofoam or some kind of plastic was placed in parts that could easily get damaged in shipping. They thought that far ahead. That was awesome. From the smell of new rubber to the sparkle gleaming off the frame, I could tell that I purchased myself a quality product. The sturdiness of the frame gives me confidence to ride my bike freely without worrying about something breaking. The welding looked strong and consistent. The wheels are big heavy 20×4 inch monsters. Setting up the handlebars, the pedals, and the front wheel was a breeze. I added a drop of loctite to bolts located on moving parts. So far so good, nothing was cracked, dented, bent or missing. All the necessary parts and screws were available. After the battery was fully charged, I placed it in the battery compartment and turned the key. The key would NOT turn all the way to the left in order for me to turn on my bike. The rod that sticks out of the battery that secured itself in that hole behind the seat was not going it because the battery rail was installed too low. Luckily, I was handy enough to fix this small issue myself but I would wonder what would happen with someone less mechanically inclined. I took it out for a spin. It has a nice slow gradual build towards its top speed - a stark contract to my 5600W scooter. The bike is a little tall and quiet long. I would venture to say that it looks like a mountain bike with two motors and fat wheels. Its a friggin tank. I almost dropped it the first time i pulled it out the garage because I did not anticipate its weight - and its heavy! Lmao I say that as a good thing because I'm not looking for anything light that I can carry. I doubt I'll even fold the thing. But its got everything you would want in an Ebike plus some attributes of a motorcycle/moped. It has that look but once you know what you are looking at, its definitely like an electric foldable mountain bike. Its awesome. Stop reading and buy it. You will love it. So far, I do! ... show more

Great fun in a powerful ride! Two wheel drive is practically unstoppable going uphill. The right bike for an area with hilly terrain. It is torquey so use caution when starting out or it can get away from you. Good shock absorbers front and rear. Heavy 32 lb battery, heavy 100lb frame. Folds up for portability, but kind a heavy to pick up by yourself. I use a ramp to get it in my vehicle. Put battery in carefully or you will go off the guide track and jam it in. Tighten everything up before riding. Beast of a bike! Bang for the buck. Treat it like a motorcycle (it is one) or you'll get bit. ... show more

They have a bad customer service, not very professional, my rear brake broke within a week. I bought a pair and they send me two rear brakes, instead of front and rear. Bike frame is great, battery good quality. And why don't they have a good chain supply of items?

The media could not be loaded. I really love the way this bike looks, I like every single aspect of this bike, it is a heavy bike but it gives you a great stability in the road. The easy to assemble videos in YouTube show you how to properly install the front wheel. The only bad this that I have to say on this bike is that mine came with a bad/ defective front brake caliper. I contacted Wallke but the support was not supportive enough so I gave up. See the video with the oil pumping out of the piston rings. ... show more

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Don't buy anything from this company. I was willing to overlook a lot but then their customer service harassed me and called me a liar over my honest 3 star review. There's a reason you see the same bike being sold by other brands for under $1000. Save your money or you'll be paying $300 to ship it back, if you're "lucky". Riding at night, sometimes sparks just shoot forward from the front hub while riding, even with only the rear motor running(wtf?). It's an overpriced hunk of junk that will break at the front fork the first time you hit a pot hole. Even mild off roading with this would be an ambulance ride if it didn't manage to start a fire in that time. - Included basket and mirrors are so bad you couldn't even use this thing for deliveries. - Terrible customer service - bike grinds and squeaks even after being serviced. - Lacks the advertised security features. - Doesn't get the advertised range or top speed. - Front motor skips and doesn't sync with the back motor. ... show more

I live up in the mountains of central California. I am 74 years old, 6'6" tall and overweight. I needed an ebike that would fit my size and give me the assistance I need to ride up and down the mountains and hills around my home area. The H9 fits the bill for that exactly. I've been riding it back and forth to the post office and the store. when the weather gets better I am looking forward to taking the long rides that the 60 amp hour battery will allow. Since I am off the beaten path I had the bike shipped to my brothers house in the city. I ordered it on a Wednesday and it was delivered that Saturday Talk about fast shipping! It was well packed arrived without any damage and I assembled it that Saturday evening. the assembly instructions were good. There were pictures so that's all you really need I think. The front wheel is a little tricky. I turned the bike upside down with a couple of thick books under the handlebar grips to raise the controls up off the floor.
