Update 8/6/2024 - It has been a little less than 2 months and I couldn't be more excited to share with everyone my experience. I would recommend this bike to just about anyone who is looking for reliability, long distance rides without having to stop to charge, and those who live in areas with tons of hills and dirt roads. I have about 600 miles on my bike and I have not had but 1 issue - my battery tray cracked (probably due to the CRAPPY NYC roads). I spoke to Amy, who is their customer service rep and in less than a week, I received a replacement tray. I don't know what else to expect out of customer service or an E-Bike. I have received tons of compliments and I have gone on long rides. A few times now, I have rode the entire way from Long Island to Manhattan and only using 15-20% of my battery - that's 20 miles! This bike is amazing and I am a loyal fan of Wallke! Update 7/4/2024 - I am very happy to report that I have been thoroughly enjoying my H9 AWD 48v 60Ah since I received it 6/11/2024. It has been nothing but EXCELLENT as far as performance and customer support (Esp. Amy at Wallke). I had to report an issue due to what I'm sure is poor handling during shipping and it was handled professionally and swiftly. Otherwise, I have tackled hills, dirt roads, long distances and I could not be any happier with my purchase! ‐-----------‐------- This is more of my first thoughts after ordering, receiving, unboxing and riding the e-bike for the first time. Updates to come. You can tell from the way they packaged this bike for shipping that they care about their name and their products. Everything was wrapped with styrofoam or some kind of plastic was placed in parts that could easily get damaged in shipping. They thought that far ahead. That was awesome. From the smell of new rubber to the sparkle gleaming off the frame, I could tell that I purchased myself a quality product. The sturdiness of the frame gives me confidence to ride my bike freely without worrying about something breaking. The welding looked strong and consistent. The wheels are big heavy 20×4 inch monsters. Setting up the handlebars, the pedals, and the front wheel was a breeze. I added a drop of loctite to bolts located on moving parts. So far so good, nothing was cracked, dented, bent or missing. All the necessary parts and screws were available. After the battery was fully charged, I placed it in the battery compartment and turned the key. The key would NOT turn all the way to the left in order for me to turn on my bike. The rod that sticks out of the battery that secured itself in that hole behind the seat was not going it because the battery rail was installed too low. Luckily, I was handy enough to fix this small issue myself but I would wonder what would happen with someone less mechanically inclined. I took it out for a spin. It has a nice slow gradual build towards its top speed - a stark contract to my 5600W scooter. The bike is a little tall and quiet long. I would venture to say that it looks like a mountain bike with two motors and fat wheels. Its a friggin tank. I almost dropped it the first time i pulled it out the garage because I did not anticipate its weight - and its heavy! Lmao I say that as a good thing because I'm not looking for anything light that I can carry. I doubt I'll even fold the thing. But its got everything you would want in an Ebike plus some attributes of a motorcycle/moped. It has that look but once you know what you are looking at, its definitely like an electric foldable mountain bike. Its awesome. Stop reading and buy it. You will love it. So far, I do! ... show more

Great fun in a powerful ride! Two wheel drive is practically unstoppable going uphill. The right bike for an area with hilly terrain. It is torquey so use caution when starting out or it can get away from you. Good shock absorbers front and rear. Heavy 32 lb battery, heavy 100lb frame. Folds up for portability, but kind a heavy to pick up by yourself. I use a ramp to get it in my vehicle. Put battery in carefully or you will go off the guide track and jam it in. Tighten everything up before riding. Beast of a bike! Bang for the buck. Treat it like a motorcycle (it is one) or you'll get bit. ... show more

I needed an activity to help recover from long term leg injury and thought of ebike popped up. I was in process of researching ebikes when act of fate intervened and i was buying an ebike. An expensive One at that. I panicked when i attempted to cancel transaction and could not because order was in place and had triggered to many other actions to stop process. Anyway had many questions and unknowns to feel comfortable with it, but guess what, i own an ebike now! At this time there arent many local on site shops open for something as large a purchase as it is. For me anyway, in that price range. As its turned out, after many unanswered questions became known, a really good product with the perfect quality level and support behind it from seller, im glad i did. Been accused of being to cautious and reserved in making decisions and taking action. This ebike when taking in all details of features, quality and multi use applications will become a valued and much used part of my day to day existence. I will benefit greatly from having not made that decision. Best decision i never made!! Lol. Ebikes are coming into theyre own, time is right, good for planet, good for all. They have a bad customer service, not very professional, my rear brake broke within a week. I bought a pair and they send me two rear brakes, instead of front and rear. Bike frame is great, battery good quality. And why don't they have a good chain supply of items?

1st. ride! Great ride, then my rear brakes gave out, completely! Only a 30min. ride. 2nd. Ride! Front brakes gave out, completely, on way to bike shop! I almost lost my life! I live in a very hilly area! I am 320lbs. Noone wanted to touch my bike! Bikeshops don't want to work on strange bikes. Only what they sell. Wallke was contacted over a week ago. They refused ALL SERVICE, and demanded "pics", etc...! Then I waited while they viewed them. Then I was told, ONLY BACK BRAKES! More pics were demanded, and again, I Waited. Front this time, although I'd sent them, already. Finally, they say they are sending the front brakes out, today, (about 10 days later), but no message about whether the back brakes are included, or not! They said, days ago, that only back brakes would be sent, but Wallke has provided NOTHING, THUS FAR! Finally got another message, after waiting, again, but BOTH usps NUMBERS COME BACK INVALID ON USPS WEBSITE! I asked them to "OVERNIGHT THE BRAKES," to me, but I get only "bot" answers, which leave me in the dark! My $2000 IS GONE, I CAN'T RIDE THIS DAMAGED BIKE, and WALLKE IS NOT HELPING ME! THIS SUCKS! WALLKE customer service has me feeling "scammed!" Hell, Wallke INSISTS I PAY RETURN SHIPPING, AFTER I'VE PAID TO RECIEVE IT, AND AMAZON WILL NOT HELP! Shipping is about $350, AND WALLKE, (THEY NOT LIKE US!) WONT RETURN MY $2,000! Dont buy from them! THEY ONLY ANSWER ONCE A WEEK, NOW! 😭😔 ... show more
