To small for anyone over the age of 10 to use comfortable. No adjustments so you can't extend it for longer arms. Also the controllers don't align straight so it's awkward to hold. Wouldn't recommend at all. Get the plain ones that look like pipes. The pipe ones dont look pretty but theyactually let u hold comfortablyand help stabilize . ... show more

This rifle attachment is a lot of fun, and more versatile than I expected. I tried it with Bulletstorm, a game where your initial weapon looks like a two-handed gun, but where you also need to do other things with your left hand. I wasn't sure whether it'd work. While playing a game, you can't easily detach the controllers from their two-piece holders or reattach them. As it turns out, certain things about the gun's design make it workable. First is the fact that the controller holders attach via pairs of magnets. The magnets are very strong, but you can detach the left one quickly by angling it up to the side. Re-attaching it without looking is easier than you'd think, thanks to large notches on the main body between each pair of magnets. The controller holders each have a ridge that slots into the corresponding notch. For some reason, the version of the gun in the product photos doesn't have those notches or ridges, but you can see them in my attached photos. Another nice feature of the gun is its weight. I'd say it's around 3 pounds, maybe 4 with the controllers attached. That's enough to give it a little heft, but not so much as to be uncomfortable one-handed. So when I move my left hand to take some other action, it doesn't unbalance enough to mess with my aim. The gun is a good size, but not like a real rifle. When the controllers are attached, there's about 6" between them. I'm 5'11" and find it comfortable to hold. I'm glad that the gun doesn't take up too much storage space, because assembling and disassembling the three body pieces takes enough elbow grease that I don't want to keep doing it if I don't have to. On the down side, you can also see in my photos that the magnets are getting a little nicked up. When I say they're strong, I mean it. If the magnets of a holder get within about 4" or 5" of the magnets on the body, they will snap together instantly. Watch your fingers! I'm hesitant to keep attaching and detaching that left controller while playing, because I fear that eventually it'll crack. So I'll probably just use the gun one-handed for now, unless I play a game where you wield a two-handed weapon throughout. The other minor annoyance is the lack of any space in the controller holders to accommodate the standard wrist straps. The holders have round tips on the bottom that you can unscrew, but that doesn't help, because the part they screw on to has a solid bottom. The tips have small holes that you could put a strap through, but that isn't necessary. The issue is just having to detach the regular straps to use the gun, then attach them again afterward. ... show more

He assembled it in seconds and can role play in all his war games now. This is a must!!! And my son was impressed thar I did my VR research! Got this to replace my old one I can't find anymore that was just a pipe and magnets. This stock is small. Playing any shooting game with it is a hassle. The magnets are hit or miss and it's a pain trying to navigate where the grips should be with how the mounts are angled for the controller.
