  • Great speed and impressive with overhangs
Color: Ruby Red
Great product for the money. Plastic spool means it works with Bambu Labs AMS with ease. Printed great and shows no idication that the filament was not dry during packaging. Quality is superb and what impressed me was it's quality with overhangs during high speed printing. You get what you pay for.

  • Prints Great, Finishes Easy
After trying several different brands on PLA, I've landed on Voxelab as my new favorite. I've previously stuck to black filament only, as I give my prints black basecoats when painting anyway, but the price on the natural color was nice. I picked up a couple rolls to do a larger multi-piece project and quickly found that it prints details wonderfully. Adhesion has never been an issue. The best part, it sands and finishes excellently. Other filaments I've used did fine printing, but sanding them was tough for some reason. I was nervous about being able to see where I've sanded on the natural color, but the translucency on it helps a ton. As it sands, it loses the ability to see through it, so you can gauge your progress easier. It also lets you remove material easily, so it's less effort to get a smooth finish without layer lines. I'm now a few rolls in on Voxelab and will be testing other colors, but so far, I LOVE the natural PLA on price and performance. ... show more

  • It's quite nice PLA!
Used two rolls so far. Prints around normal PLA temps (200-210 F) with a 60 degree heated bed. Some warping, though that might be my printer; I just use a small brim and that solves it. It's "natural' color, so it has a sort of cloudy white look to it, like someone diluted milk with water. When printed, it generally gives a smooth sheen, and when running your finger along the plastic it feels very low friction. Also seems to be quite strong, and works decently well for structural/functional prints. Plus, it's inexpensive. I haven't had any issues with it, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent "universal" use PLA. ... show more

  • Voxelab makes a great PLA+/pro!!
I just printed my way through a 1kg roll of Voxelab's PLA+ natural and I must admit, I'm pretty impressed with the results; no stringing, warping or bed separation whatsoever! The natural-filament printed great at ~212c on a 60c bed without any assistance and the prints are STRONG... they even have a pleasantly "sweet" smell to them, so that's a bonus. I experimented with infill %, sanding and painting the parts, gluing parts together and this PLA+ happily hung in there through all of it. I even left this filament sitting out while prototyping and never noticed any water degradation or even "popping" at the printer-nozzle during prints. Like I said before, impressive performance and impressive results. Only criticism I can muster, is the limited color choices in Voxelab's catalogue. It's safe to assume PLA+ in flat-black, OD/military green, and crimson red would sell like mad, but that's a small gripe about a great product. Buy it! Try it! You'll be buying more, trust me... ... show more

  • Great Value filament
Color: Grey
I've tried a lot of PLA filaments and I keep coming back to the Voxelab PLA+. It prints wonderfully on the Bambu X1C with some slight (initial) calibrations for the profile. The dimensional accuracy appears to be highly controlled, as it stays within the tolerance of 0.02mm as stated (this can have a big difference in print quality). With the X1C, I can get cubes within 99.9% accuracy in all directions with this, so I'd say the filament itself doesn't expand/contract much to throw off any dimensions. Now, this filament is highly dependent on print settings; if you print too fast or with too high (or low) of temp you will get a different "sheen" (e.g. the glossiness). This can be used to do some cool effects if you want, but keep this in mind for what you're printing as the object can come out matte or glossy (or a mixture). This can also affect the strength properties. Speaking of that strength, it does feel stronger than standard PLA, so that seems to be as advertised. I'd say it has slightly more forgiveness in terms of the bend it can take before it snaps, not anywhere near as much as something like ABS, but it's decent middle ground if you want something stiff, decently strong, and retains dimensional accuracy. ... show more

  • Not a fan
Color: Burnt Titanium
Not a fan of this filament. It has trouble adhering to my glass bed. It also has trouble printing smaller stuff without a raft. I can pop on any other roll of filament I own using the same settings and get good adhesion and the ability to print smaller parts. I do love the color. I might try this color from another manufacturer. I even printed a temp tower and picked the best temp which in this case is 210. From what I've read on various sources this is a finicky filament. ... show more

  • Great with Bambu P1S
Color: Black
Tried the PLA pro black with the Bambu P1S. Voxelab recommends using the Bambu PLA tough filament setting. Was printing an item where I needed strength so I used the 0.2mm strength global setting. Nice Satin finish, excellent adhesion, perfect layer lines. Print quality was better than the eSun PLA Pro using eSun's provied filament profile for the Bambu. People saying this is not a Voxelab product don't know how the company store and authorized reseller programs on Amazon work. They are verified by Amazon. I cannot testify to the other types of filament (ABS, PET, etc) as I have not printed with them. ... show more
