Had a flood in the kitchen and had to remove my laminate back to the very old linoleum. I bought this to clean years of buildup on linoleum around the edges. I think this would be ok for light cleaning but for heavy duty cleaning, it is seriously under powered. I mean, I'm not trying to make the 40 year old floor look new but just trying to remove buildup around the edge. Also tried it on the grout in the bathroom. Seriously underpowered. I think it'll help keep things clean once they're good...but for heavy duty cleaning, I'm off to buy an extender bit for my drill and the heavy brushes I bought for it.     • A Great Concept!
Hey everyone, Sean 'The Tester' Chao back again for another review. Today we're looking at VOVGUU's wElectric Spin Scrubber [THE GOOD...] - Functionality: The product works as intended. The scrubbing unit was able to hold a charge and execute scrubbing a fiberglass tub over a 15-minute test period. We did not notice any issues with its performance, although the scrubber performed less than satisfactorily against soap scum. - Design: We love the conceptual design of this product. A self-contained battery inside of a scrubbing head that can be attached to a pole to scrub bathrooms is a much-needed solution. We do not like that the product's critical points are made of mediocre quality plastic and think that future iterations should either be metal or a higher grade of plastic. [...AND THE BAD] - Build: This product is inconsistent in durability. Several parts of this product is made of plastic, which we think is unacceptable for a deep scrubber. The connecting point between the scrubbing unit and the pole is plastic, which broke during our test. The extending component for the pole is also made of plastic, and after using it in an extended mode for a cleaning, we found that it was very difficult to unscrew to re-shorten the pole. The scrubbing unit itself seems pretty durable and was able to go through a moderate to deep scrubbing session of 15 minutes without problem. We assess that this product will last 1+ years with light to moderate use. - Price: At the time of writing, this product is priced comparably to similar products on the market. Given that we found durability issues with this product, we assess it to be a mediocre to fair value. Bottom line: We love the concept of this product and only wished that it was a little bit better designed. I got it to deep clean our walls. The people who lived here before us were dirty people. It sorta helped with the walls but not a lot. What it did do is help with the floors. I have a toddler that spills milk and gets crumbs stuck on our hard wood floors. Instead of sweep, scrub, mop day after day I can simply sweep, toss water on the floor, use the green pad, wipe that up, and then mop. It saves time and energy. I didn't notice a difference on tiles when I used it but hey, I can use it for the hardwood so I'm more than happy with it. ... show more

    • Makes shower cleaning a lot easier!
I have had issues with my back for years so when it’s time to clean the shower I’m hurting for days afterwards. This helped immensely and I do not have to bend or squat or stand on a stool, lots of brush choices and held charge for a long time.
