It's not often that I review a box of rocks, or anything else for that matter, but this is one of those things where it 's pretty hard to tell if it's what you want until you receive it, scrub the rocks down, and actually see them in your aquarium. Just to put the photo in context, this is a 150 gallon tank, 4 feet wide, 2 feet front to back. I used every one of the rocks. Some are larger than they appear as they are partially buried and were used to help anchor the driftwood. I get as many comments about "those cool rocks" as I do about the driftwood. The veining is quite striking and adds a whole other dimension to the tank. Would 100% buy again. ... show more

I can’t say enough how beautiful the rocks were. The seller did a great job in selecting a good assortment and these rocks absolutely changed how my tank looks like. If you are a beginner, i will recommend buying this so that you get a good selection of rocks without worrying too much about it!

These things are gorgeous- and you get a good variety of sizes too! I got a few big pieces while others were medium sized, and then some smell ones that work best as accent stones around the big ones. This is 44lbs in a 55g tank, so the lot was efficient on their own. Pretty sure I'll end up ordering another lot though to fill in more! ... show more

    • Calcium in Rocks, kills fish and keeps your aquarium looking cloudy

I’m very disappointed with Amazon for selling these rocks. I tried to return them because my tank would not stay clear. It was always cloudy and I couldn’t figure out why, so I searched the Internet and found out the problem, Pour some vinegar on the rocks and if you get foaming and bubbling up, that's due to calcium and that rock should probably not be used. Now that I have finally found out the reason, my time to return is past 30 days so they will not refund my money and I have been a good prime customer for years and buy almost everything from Amazon. Do not buy these rocks. They will kill your fish and keep your aquarium looking awful. ... show more

I recently purchased the Voulosimi 44 lb Seiryu Rock Stone for my aquarium, and overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Most of the rocks are in good size, and they look really nice in my tank. They give my aquarium a really natural, rugged look that I love. One thing that was a bit disappointing is that some of the rocks were really small - almost too small to be useful in my aquarium. I ended up having to sort through them to find the larger ones, which was a bit of a hassle. However, once I had a good pile of larger rocks, it was easy to arrange them in my tank and create a beautiful underwater landscape. Overall, I would recommend the Voulosimi 44 lb Seiryu Rock Stone to anyone looking for a high-quality, natural-looking rock for their aquarium. The majority of the rocks are in good size, and they look great once they're arranged properly. Just be aware that there may be a few super small rocks mixed in, so you may need to do some sorting before you can start setting up your aquarium. ... show more
