  • It works
Size: 5x3x6 FT Color: Dark Gray
It's a shed. The instructions aren't the clearest, so be sure to read ahead, could've been my inattentiveness. Once you get that part down, assembly is pretty easy. It feels flimsy but the resent storms haven't blown it away. Probably not the most durable shed, but for the hens we have, it's been more than enough ... show more

  • Nice little shed, assembly difficult
Size: 5x3x6 FT Color: Gray
This is a nice looking little shed and fairly low profile for a small courtyard in an HOA. The directions are somewhat difficult. As other reviews reported, we had to take apart things we had put together many times. We have the model with the sliding door. The screws attaching the channel track to the frame end up catching on the little plastic rollers that guide the door. The door is pretty lightweight so perhaps weighting the door could make it glide better. It’s pretty lightweight. Assembling the roof shows more screws to go in than there are appropriate places to put screws in. The drawings are 2d for 3d concepts…meaning it takes forever to figure out which way “channel” type objects go. Thus the disassemble reassemble pattern. For the price point, it’s a good little shed! ... show more

  • Bonding experience
Size: 5x3x6 FT Color: Dark Gray
The media could not be loaded. Our daughter just bought a house down the street & while my hubby & her fiancé worked on another project, this was mother/daughter bonding time! We laid out all of the parts, made sure we accounted for everything(I read the reviews) & then proceeded to peel off all of the protective plastic on each piece...dear God! It took us approximately 2 hrs to peel EVERYTHING, I do appreciate the idea of protecting the finish but sheesh! We then began to assemble, of course the men folk had to come & take over after another hour of us almost smacking each other in the face with a piece here & there(tight quarters, we assembled in their garage). I was reading reviews that stated this was very small, on the contrary...they put up the walls around me, I'm 5'6" & we could have fit 3 people side by side & I definitely could stand up straight inside with the roof on. Yes, it is a smallish shed, but it holds all of their yard tools, their snowboards, a sled, some bags of mulch & a ew odds & ends. Currently it is outside, up against the bouse, we have had high winds & thunderstorms...it is holding up nicely not being staked in the ground yet. I will be digging a base & putting it up on blocks, anchoring it in & giving it a floor. My daughter's concern was the gaps between roof & walls(we don't want wasps building nests) I will be using spray foam to seal that up. Otherwise, they made an excellent purchase! I was skeptical, but glad I was proved wrong! ... show more

  • Buy it because of cost.
Size: 5x3x6 FT Color: Gray
First of, it's not 3x5. It's 59x30, or nearly 5x2.5ft. Second, it's cheap. Assembly is a pain. Lots of the holes don't quite line up so you have to fight it. Biggest problems were the roof and the doors. Patience and a garage full of tools will help. Additional tools I found helpful: stubby screwdriver, ratchet screwdriver, linesman pliers to straighten the sheet metal, a 3' clamp to squeeze the parts into the plastic pieces and a rubber mallet. Nothing major but they list a drill and their garbage little screwdriver as told you'll need. The screws strip easily. Use your drill to stay out and hand tighten. Don't over do it. Also but a pack of thicker 5/8 sheet metal screws for when you do step the hole. The worst part: the doors suck. They are attached to small, PLASTIC wheels. The screws on the outside and top of the track will block the path, so be prepared to loosen them when you put the doors in. The doors don't slide at all. You will have to fight them every time you open and close it. Or buy metal bearings and through l throw the crappy plastic ones away. Not terrible, but not great. And just with everything else you assemble, the instructions are clear as mud. Anyone who manufacturers something for assembly should buy something from IKEA and do their instructions that way. These are hard to tell where to put your screws in some places, as your going to put other parts together in future steps. Be prepared to assemble, disassemble and reassemble. Patience, extra tools, intelligence and beer will help tremendously. ... show more

  • Better make sure you have at least two full weekends and a ton of patience.
Size: 5x3x6 FT Color: Gray
This thing was a HUGE pain to put together. Every single little piece needed to be constructed; each panel, handle, joint, etc. all needed to be built up and put together with several bolts and layers of other materials. I clocked in my time and it was 26 hours worth of painstaking construction. The holes punched for the kit were off a lot of the time making the shed a little lopsided and difficult to assemble, so I had to manually drill holes and screw in the metal screws, which I will say were horrible, they stripped almost instantly being put into the sheet metal. I'll never do this again. My sanity will thank me. ... show more

  • The directions were a bit difficult to understand
Size: 5x3x6 FT Color: Dark Gray
After having to take apart and redo a couple of things I finally Finished it. I love the shed through. I HATE all the cellophane though. That was the biggest pain out of everything. Just be prepared to spend half the time building it pealing it off. But the shed it self is definitely worth getting
