I both two Lg versions of these and use them side by side to create a king bed for guests that travel as a couple or just one as a twin bed for my solo guests. **Ignore ME in the picture** I absolutely love this lounge chair. It is very firm but still very comfortable. I sleep on it often. It looks amazing and is perfect for what I need it for. No issues with it whatsoever.

I'm blown away at the ease and comfort! No assembly required! If I have one issue, it's the sides where the flaps hang down. If they put one magnet on the middle to keep them from opening slightly,this would be perfect! I have5 dogs and need the ease of wiping down if need be.lovely color too. We bought the Medium. This is a stylish looking piece but it is bulky and the boxiness makes it hard to fit in some spaces. It's moderately comfortable but as a chair the back pillow is too little to give good support and you sit way back in it. The change to bed from chair is easy enough, but the bar support for the head doesn't lock and can get knocked out easily. I'm very happy with my new ottoman & new guest bed. It looks good & functions well as a coffee table with a tray on top, as an extra chair and as a guest bed that disappears in the daytime. Its very heavy, so moving it around isn't as easy as I could wish. However, within hours of delivery, we've used it for all three functions. The black faux leather looks fine. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and design. I got the brown one and it's a really nice color. The Faux leather is truly skin friendly (I did not know what they meant by that) now I get it: it basically does not feel like you are sitting on plastic. I have this in my home office as an ottoman. But I like to have family over, so it also allows me to convert my office into a guest room over the holidays. I recommend this for small spaces and large ones alike. if you are getting an ottoman, why not have a pull out too!? Key pros: well made nice design truly versatile comfortable no funny smell Constructive feedback: Maybe some handles in the side of the box for moving. this was really our own bad, but we tried to cut a hole in the side of the box to be able to move it inside, and though we were careful, we cut some of the fabric (but it's in an inconspicuous part. phew!) ... show more

This item arrived with a huge tear. I contacted vonanda as per Amazon instructions when clicked "damaged or defective" and they said since it was purchased on Amazon contact them. So I did, they said I can return the item but they won't send a replacement. I said I don't even want to return it I'll deal with the damage can I just get a partial refund? They said no. It doesn't fit in my car, I can't find a box big enough to ship it, and the return shipping is gonna be $$$ so now I guess I'm stuck with a huge rip. Thanks a lot. If the item was intact I'd give it 5 stars because it's comfortable and versatile. But this is a major headache. Vonanda if you see this please help me I've had no luck contacting you through your website, through seller feedback, or through Amazon chat ... show more

We bought this on a whim in lieu of an air mattress. Our guest was very happy with how comfortable it was and we love how easy it is to put away. The bottom skirting could use some design changes but the functionality is great.
