Only draw back you have to have both batteries in to operate. Which makes it rather heavy for this 70 year old lady. Had a learning curve, you need to angle it a certain way to get it to the cement. Have part gravel driveway, no recommendation on how to manage that, would like plastic lifts attachment to aid with the shoveling so I don’t have to lift it. Any suggestions would be great! I wanted to get a spare drive belt and handle grip. Customer service is the worst. After 5 or 6 message's with them I gave up. I gave them all the information they asked for several times and they still asked for the model number! Which I gave them in every message. They wanted picture's of those part's.
