Excellent sturdy 24 inch snow blower. Lots of continuous snow this Covid Dec-Feb in the northern Catskills. Electric start worked each time. I am a 68 year old woman in good shape and had no problem keeping our country house decks cleared to keep the weight of the snow off the decks. The power steering assisted with the maneuverability. The snowblower we've had for about 8 years pooped out, and when we checked locally to see if it could be fixed, it was going to be a few months to get the parts. Anticipating some extensive snowfalls, we decided to purchase this after some research. And good thing we did ... the seller was super responsive and had great communication. I purchased several years ago. all has worked well however, I Purchased a Plate Skid.Shoe Comp part # HUS 583838801 back in November 30, 2022. Purchased from Farmers Exchange in Kennewick, WA. I have followed up with them four times since I purchased the part. They tell me Husqvarna says it's on backorder with no date of delivery. I asked them to please call them and ask what the issue is. They said the would not. I asked for a number they order their parts from and they would not give it to me. I've tried contact Husqvarna direct and get caught on a customer no service recorded phone line. I would think carefully about their lack of service on units they sale. ... show more

It was time to upgrade from my single stage Ariens blower. This Husqvarna unit had everything I wanted (power steering is very nice) and fairly inexpensive. Ordered the day after Christmas and the sellers contacted me the next day to confirm shipping info. Unit arrived as described (crated and carboarded) and once removed from package was a breeze to assemble. All I need now is snow (but it can wait until next year if it wants ;) ... show more

The product took time to get here and package quite beat up but snow thrower in good shape ! Instructions took time to read and figure out !! Getting help from manufacturer was not easy and they wanted me to pay to join a help group and had to join to register the blower ! Machine has great features including power steering but hopefully won’t use it till December! Will send a new report after using. George snowed in . PS the outdoor people came through at the end and sent me missing parts! I really appreciated there effort !! The bad part is that that someone third to assemble this befor it was sent to me and that is what made it hard to assemble !! I had to get help before it finally is working properly ! ... show more
