This supplement contains good ingredients for keeping bones strong. The pills are not too large and don't have a strong flavor which makes it easier to take than other supplements. Would recommend.

I ran across this by accident. I have Osteoarthritis really badly in both hip joints, so thought I would try this. I felt absolutely no relief at all. I was so hoping it would work for pain relief. I have spent so much money in the past trying to get pain relief from Arthritis. This one didn’t help either. I need something for the inflammation that causes so much pain. I am not able to take prescription meds that target inflammation. Had a hip injection of steroids, which didn’t work either. ... show more

As with most supplements on the market, there's no conclusive evidence that this works. The product description and packaging include this disclaimer: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." With that said, I do believe that many supplements can help us lead healthier lives. My husband and I have each had a knee surgery to remove torn cartilage, and while we mended nicely, we always know when it's about to rain. It was easy enough to swap out a daily calcium tablet with this Voltaren supplement. It's about the same size as a 600mg calcium + D tablet. It's not a small pill, but it's not huge. The only thing extra in this pill vs. taking a regular calcium, multivitamin, and D3 supplement is the addition of cartilage/collagen. I've read several conflicting reports about the benefits or non-benefits of dietary collagen. Some say it helps, some say it's destroyed by the digestive system. It's my opinion that if you want to try this, it's fine to use to see if it helps with your joint pain. If it helps, that's great! If you don't really see a difference, all you've done is spent a little extra on calcium with a few vitamins and minerals tossed in. I didn't notice the complete ingredient list in the description, so have included a photo with my review. ... show more

    • I like this supplement blend for joint and bone health
I was taking 5 of these supplements separately which required me to keep track and take many different pills each day. It was a pain to fill the pill organizer and remember what I was out of at the store. I like how this one pill, which goes down easily, contains everything I was taking before for my joints. Now I just leave the bottle on my kitchen table to remind me to take them with a meal. I have taken these for a little over three weeks and have had no negative side effects. ... show more

I have now been taking these for nearly a month, I have about 5 pills left. I can honestly say I think they are working. My knee pain before taking these was horrible. I had to wear a brace every day because it hurt so bad. I haven't worn a brace in nearly three weeks now. I'd like to attribute that to these pills.
