Bought this since it was advertised as the "highest strength topical pain reliever available without a prescription". Bought it to treat tennis elbow (tendinitis, from golf). So far I've used approx. 75% of the container with only hardly noticeable benefit. I don't really feel this product has done much to relieve pain or promote healing. ... show more

This is about the best pain reliever that I have used. The ease of the roll on is perfect. It drives almost immediately and begins to work just as quick. However it does leave an odor on the clothing that you're wearing, but washes out easily in the washer. I have used creams other roll-ons and this is by far the best ... show more

So does have a cooling sensation but did not have the lidocaine numbing effect I was hoping for. I purchased for lower back pain but it didn’t help.

It works fast, and is limited to 3 times or so a day as far as applying it. It has a strong smell, and I always wash my hands afterwards to avoid getting it in my eyes. But the relief is almost immediate.
