I like the size for my desk.Auto shut off is a plus.(I'd forget to turn off last one) I would prefer for my coffee to stay hotter. Seems to be between warm & hot.Even after product has gotten to limit of heat. It has been on for 2 hours. 1/3 cup of coffee now as I write review. My morning routine is to make a cup of coffee and then head to my home office and work on the computer. Before getting the warmer, I would have to take a break and reheat my coffee in the microwave. With the warmer, the coffee will stay relatively warm for a longer period of time. I can usually finish my coffee without having to reheat it. The warmer will eventually turn itself off which is a good safety feature. The coffee won't be blistering hot but it is still drinkably warm. I've been using this warmer every day since I got it. Allows me to sip my coffee a little more slowly without having to put it in the microwave. It's worked perfectly with no hang-ups and the auto shut off feature is a plus!

I bought it to replace a Mr. Coffee mug warmer I use at the office. I was happy with Mr. Coffee, it worked well and lasted a long time, but decided to buy the Vobaga because of the auto shut off feature. I put a mug with water on it first thing in the morning, use the red temperature setting and by lunch, I have a hot cup of water for my tea. Not hot hot, but hot enough. If I want my tea sooner, I would heat it in the microwave first, and the Vobaga will keep it hot. I found out that I don't like the auto shut off feature. I can take a long time to finish my tea, and the thing shut off after 4 hrs (or when the cup is close to empty). Of course, I can turn it back it on, but often by the time I notice that it is off, my beverage would be stone cold. Can't blame the product, but miss the less safe Mr. Coffee. ... show more

I will only drink HOT liquids. I won't drink anything lukewarm, so when I saw the VOBAGA Coffee Mug Warmer I got excited. After I received the item I did testing because there were some people with negative reviews. I only used the highest setting during all the tests. I first used a clear glass mug with HOT coffee and left it on the warmer for one hour. The coffee did NOT stay hot. I then tried it with a regular coffee mug for one hour and that too did NOT stay hot. I then bought a FLAT, METAL mug. This mug stayed hot the ENTIRE time it was on the warmer. Remember that this mug is metal and conducts heat. So, as soon as I walk into my office in the morning I turn on the warmer to its high setting. I then make my coffee so when I place the metal mug on the warmer the warmer is already hot and ready to keep the coffee hot. The warmer automatically turns off in about 4 hours for safety in case you forget it on. I turn it on again as soon as that happens. I am still in the testing mode as some people said the warmer did not work after a while. Because I am using it ALL day EVERY day I am wondering if it will last. So, I will do an update if it fails after 90 days. So far I am giving it a THREE because it is working the way I wanted, and that is to keep my coffee HOT ALL day, except that I must use a metal mug and cannot use any other type of mug. The only way to improve it is to make it wireless. Other than the cord, I love the warmer. Put a lid on your cup and it keeps it nice and hot.
