I know the shipping is separate from the product, but this time the TV arrived and the box was totally soaked on the bottom. Driver said he had a leak in his truck (UPS). This is the 4th Vizio I have bought for myself. Great tvs look great and have all the features I need in a tv. The built in smart apps I do not like but they are pretty easy to use and set up. Also the size of the tv is small and looks great mounted in the wall.
