  • Very Well Made
Excellent construction and performance. Our doctor was impressed with the quality and features compared to others he has seen. It folds down and fits in the trunk of the car easily. We used it for a shopping day at the mall and barely used any battery capacity. Zero turning radius is nice and the wheels are large, wide and work on all terrains even stone or gravel paths. Delivery was fast and assembly is minimal with no tools needed. Sturdy, stable and works well. Comes with a tool kit and charger. I highly recommend this product and this company. ... show more

  • NOT AS ADVERTISED
I waited 30 days to write this, to give an honest review. I should also mention that I spent an extensive amount of time researching the specs of many chairs, then comparing those specs with more expensive chairs to see if there were any differences. In most cases, there wasn't much of a difference to the more expensive chairs. The number one negative issue with the chair is it's under powered! There is a motor on each wheel. In most cases when both motors are engaged (Going straight on a flat surface - at a mall), the chair works fine. When trying to turn, and only one motor engages, the chair literally sits still and doesn't move! You have to move the joystick back and forth from turning, to going forward (Activating/engaging both motors) to get the chair to move! If using the chair on a side walk, where the sidewalk is uneven, or pitched to the left or right of your path, THIS CHAIR IS A NIGHTMARE TO KEEP ON A STRAIGHT PATH! The chair will literally turn/pull to the side pitched down. TO BE CLEAR! I'm NOT referring to a large pitch, as you could imagine most sidewalks would be slightly pitched for water runoff. It doesn't take much to cause the chair to be pulled to one side, then you're constantly trying to fight it to stay on a straight path. Further, the ad describes how the battery life is good for 9+ miles... THAT'S LAUGHABLE AND NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL BATTERY LIFE! To be honest, this was one of the most important factors when I chose this chair because most of the time I'm by myself, and although you can disengage the motors, and push/freewheel the chair like a traditional wheelchair, it's IMPOSSIBLE to push yourself utilizing the wheels, like a traditional wheelchair, and depending on your disability, you could be stranded in place, if you're not able to use your feet to push. HOWEVER!! I'm NOT spending over $1000, for just a chair to sit on, or to push myself!! So, how much battery life do you get?? It's completely subjective to where you're using the chair. Using the chair, primarily on grass, less than 1 mile. Any type of strain against the wheels eats up the battery QUICKLY! Outside in a fair type setting or a bike path, maybe 2-3 miles. Finally, in a mall type setting, which is the best setting for this chair, and although it's hard to gauge the distance, the chair lasted for about 3-4 hours. This included a lot of stop and go, and trying to maneuver within the stores. There's a number of settings for the speed. I experimented with them all, Primarily using the lower settings, in an effort to save and stretch power. It didn't make much of a difference. The chair is well built and folds very easily. It is heavy and takes some strength to lift it in and out of a SUV, or car seat. With that said, if I needed just a chair to sit on, I could spend $10! I DO NOT recommend this chair! The limited power & battery life makes this product NOT practical... ... show more

  • Disappointed with seller
I love this chair. It is easy to maneuver, fold and transport. But when I called seller regarding it not having a USB port as advertised she was curt and simply stated it does not come with one. That being said, the chair is comfortable and sturdy. Had many compliments on the cruise I took it on. The battery seems to last. ... show more

  • Speed default
The manual states that the power will turn on at the last used setting but it is defaulting to the highest speed setting every time. I need to get it to turn on at the lowest speed setting for my dad’s safety. Is there a quick fix or do I need to get this mechanism reprogrammed or have a new system sent out with the correct default settings? I would love to give this chair a high rating because it is sleek and comfortable and sturdy but the safety of the speed default needs to be altered. ... show more
