Great investment for you and your family. First I must say Customer service for this bike has been phenomenal. I appreciate their quick responses and decided to buy another one because I’m so happy with them. The bike was easy to put together and performed very well. The first day I rode nearly 50 miles and it encouraged me to get great exercise it’s like you try to out pace the battery assist. There are 5 different speeds for the bike that you can easily set while moving, and this makes for safe operation. There are two different ways to use the battery assist. You can simply turn the throttle which is about half of the right handle or you can set speed 1 through 5 and start off peddling when you reach the threshold of a speed you set, the battery will start kicking in to maintain your speed. I found the cruise control very effective and very comfortable. I also found the seat to be a bit hard, (but it seems high quality) so customer service sent me a new seat with a special airbag system. But even so you’re not really supposed to sit down all day long even when riding a bike. So when I wanted a break from sitting I stood up on pedals and found the bike very stable. This bike is quite large and I am kind of big myself I’m about 6 feet and I weigh about 185 pounds, but this bike easily accommodates my size and a friend liked it that is 6’3”. I am so pleased that I’m going to be ordering another one of these today. Then I will have two batteries as well and will easily be able to go 100 miles in a day. The big fat tires are very stable when exiting off the road the front suspension is also very good. I didn’t realize how fun it would be to get this bike my only regret is I did not order it at the beginning of spring. Oh one more thing that I didn’t see a mention of… The horn is awesome and it’s fun to scare people with it, it’s plenty loud. ... show more

I'm coming from an Ancheer 250w e bike and the difference in power is what amazed me. The ride is smoothe and fast, so fast that I had to adjust the settings on level 1 and 2. The fact that you can adjust settings on this bike is a game changer. My only negative is the instructions or lack there of. I had to keep searching YouTube for information on how this bike functions especially the adjustments for speed etc. The bike is pretty much assembled in the box except for the handle bars and pedals. SDIN: B094G6MPP2 (on top of front fork I think). Black The bike is in perfect condition except for a pea sized cut on the nose of the seat. Below is my original review. The assembly was as easy as could be, put the pedals on and all set(left pedal screws on counter clockwise). Here's a few points to know that will help you get going. The directions for battery removal do not mention needing to release it by using the key and turning until the silver pin is recessed(keep that in mind). I also dislike the key hole on the bottom of the cross bar because you can't see the key slot to put the key in which is frustrating. I've had this bike a short time though and already feel very comfortable on it. The key is to know that everything on the right handle is for riding it just like a regular bike EXCEPT the throttle. With the screen on start out with level 0 (bike mode - press the minus until there) start out then press the big + to kick in assist mode. Once you understand that its easy. I have a good sized sedan and thought I'd be able to fit this in my trunk folded. Like they say, folded good for a minivan or SUV so my bad, it will not fit in my car folded so I find the folding useless. I enjoy how this rides and love the assist when needed. Fix the key issue and it goes to a 5. Reduce the weight 10 lbs and goes to 10. :) I forgot to add that the speed indicator (wheel dimension) needs to be set for the speed to be accurate. It is not set properly out of the box(should be). I was out riding next to another and our speed indicators were drastically different. Mine said 36 mph and friends said 28 mph. Later checked driving next to car and it was my bike that was way off. So note some of the speeds noted in other reviews may not be accurate and make sure you set yours. ... show more

This bike so far works well great for getting up hills!! ! Hitting bumps is a bit tuff ! But overall I’m happy! I would not up the price though because you can just get a scooter instead!! I’m happy with my purchase
