This bike is awesome. I try to get in a ride at least every other day. I bought this for my girlfriend to ride along with me. I have a super73. It’s about a quarter of the price and it can definitely keep up. Great acceleration and top speed is 28mph. The seat is adjustable so it fits almost any adult. Been learning to wheelie on it. Thing is a blast. A few things got loose after the first couple rides but I just put some lock tire and a few of the screws and retightened them. Everything is solid now. It is foldable but it’s still pretty heavy. It could fit in the trunk of a few cars but not a Tesla model 3. Definitely recommend this bike to anybody looking for a fun and fast bike. ... show more

    • Better than more expensive similar bikes
I have another similar electric bike, but I can't reach the ground, even when seat is low as possible. At 5'7" I am not the shortest guy around. The new Vitilan is much better and I actually have the seat up 4.5" from lowest position. Hydraulic brakes, real magnesium wheels, full air suspension, tail & stop light, great headlight, it has it all. Only gripe, throttle is on left side, unlike any other vehicle I've used. You can switch it to the right fairly easily. Also, you may want a bigger seat. 6/30/22. I have now had the bike for a while, and am adding some new coments.1. The pedal assist has some major problems, including a 1 or more second delay in stopping the power after you stop peddeling. This is dangerous. 2. The power is on or off, full power or none. 3. There is no switch to turn it off. I am going to disconnect the pedal assist and use human power (peddeling) and the throttle only. It has plenty of power for my use at 240 lbs. Ride is smooth, handling good, great brakes, the pedal assist is the only problem, most all times it's just too strong, especially with the delay in stopping the power. Really needs a switch and some progressiveness. ... show more

So far I’m happy with this purchase. I was delivered on time or faster. Rides nice just with the pedals or combo or even full power. The seat is not bad but needs to be change. The Throttle is next to the right grip and it’s a twist throttle. Not bad at all and I’m not sure if a thumb or Push bottom will be better. The replacement battery is very expensive like haft the price of the bike. I don’t need a battery yet but I did price it. The frame is well built and the manual instruction not well written. It said fill tires to 100psi well do not do that. Read the tires and it saids to fill to 30 psi. Thank God I have Common sense. LOL over all in very happy with this bike and everyone that knows about it wants one or something similar. Also I bought a second one for my wife. Note, they have a pro model but it’s not worth the price. Unless you want Hydraulic brakes, one extra gear for the peddling, and rear shock. But both have the same motor and speed. Nevertheless both are very cool. So for now two thumbs up. Oh not sure about customer service how good or bad they are. I didn’t need to call them. Hopefully I don’t have to. ... show more

I just rode it and it has a nice suspension, good top speed 30+, handles great! Nice rear rake. But Oh my god. Cheapest fender I have ever seen with the worst support, (The bolt for the front light holds the light and only support for the fender!) It rotates off center easily, even when tightened! My big wheel as a kid had better fenders, same cheap plastic but better support! I'm keeping the bike and taking the front fender off. The only question I have is how the battery will hold up. My last electric bike, different company but same type of fat tire ride, the battery lost half it's range after 1000 miles! Since the battery was 1/3 the cost I decided to try a different brand and here I am! ... show more

The bike came very well packed and a day early. Assembly was easy and quick and the battery already had a charge. The bike is solid with thick tubing and strong welds, there’s even a protection bar on the rear derailleur. The wheels are a solid metal and seem extra durable (no more spokes). The front and rear lights, blinkers and electric horn are all nice safety additions. The bike rides very smooth and we have gotten it up to 27 mph on straightaways. We’ve only had it 2 days and have ridden it about 12 miles and still have 63% battery left. This bike was for my wife and I waited to see how I fit on it and how it held up when I rode it to purchase another for me. I’m 6’ 225lbs and with the handlebars all the way up and seat pretty high I fit well and don’t look silly. I am still able to reach 27 mph and the shocks work well with my stature. So we ordered another that will arrive this week. We will update and add another review once we ride more miles. TIP: join the Vitilan Facebook group, there’s some good tips and more photos there if you’re considering purchasing one and want a bit more insight. ... show more

    • Nothing like that new bike smell!
This bike is a beast! It is fast. I'm 510 180, I took it down my street which is level and was hitting 30 plus easy throttle level 5. Its been about 10 years since I rode a bike, and this is my first e bike. I made a great choice. It does get some use too, I'm not used to goin as fast as I did. It's going to be a great commute bike! Update... 2 weeks in, the honeymoon is over. Do I still love this bike? Yes! Sadly I got my first flat ever. In many years of owning a regular bikes, I never got a flat while riding. Just one small size pin took out my rear. So I took it to the bike shop who handle my services in the past. Unfortunately they do not handle bikes not bought from them. Never thought about it, but this was the first bike I bought outside their store. I called around and no one in my area services e bike not bought from their store. I had to learn quickly how to do it myself with the help of videos.. Thank God for that. Bottom line, before buying , make sure you can take it to your nearest bike shop for service. Now I got to learn how to maintain and tune up my bike. Do I regret my purchase? Nah! My first e bike and besides, my bike shop sells them albeit, high end for several thousands bucks. Not ready for that kind of investment. ... show more

Issue with the derailer adjustments. Tryed to adjust per their recommendations but the bike still shifts automatically while paddling.the bike is prematurely deteriorating. Pedal is rusting out Due to improper priming and painting. You're basically on your own to fix it.
