The description says relaxer kit and in the description with the ingredients it has neutralizing shampoo and after conditioner. It even says refer to instruction booklet in kit. None of those things were sent. Just the relaxer creme.

I will never ever ever buy this product again! My entire hair burned the minute my hair dresser put it in my hair….. I cried so much due to the pain…. I have never given a 1 star! Never….. Sigh…. Felt like I wasted my money. I’m sorry for this review, but it’s the truth.
