Buyer beware, i don’t recommend. I currently own a $4000 paperweight that is not driveable. To start It took two weeks after expected delivery date for the Go cart to be delivered because the shipping company couldn’t figure out how to deliver an item so large. Then it’s not 70% assembled. More like 30% assembled. It looks like it came from IKEA when you receive it. After we got it put together we went for a test drive, it had no power to go up the smallest inclines and immediately started shooting oil out of the engine. The engine is busted, and pouring oil out from multiple places. I have been trying to get a resolution for 3 weeks and nothing. At one point they mentioned shipping new parts out, which would have to be a whole new engine because obviously the block has to be cracked to be pouring oil like a faucet. There is no way to replace the engine though, it is the only part of the go cart that comes fully assemble and it is complete surrounded by a welded cage of 1.5” thick metal bars. I would have to hire a mechanic to fix the brand new $4000 go cart I just bought. So I have asked for a complete return of the go cart and refund of my money. Now we are at a point where I’m being ghosted by the seller and the manufacturer. I’m being pissed and recommend that no one buy this go cart or any other motorized product from this company. They obviously don’t stand behind their product and could care less about customer service. The seller should be removed from Amazon ... show more
