    • Great dinghy I can't use!
Purchased in February so too late for return. Tried to register it when I realized there was no "hull ID" and "certificate of origin" included. Both are required by law to register. I've messaged the seller (Virtu US) 6 days ago with no reply. Received a phone number from amazon customer service but the number is not in service. Great dinghy but can't use it. I'm not looking to return it, just need a HULL ID and CERTIFICATE of ORIGIN so I can use it. ... show more
