The bike rides great, after putting it together which wasn’t to bad, My dad has ridden this bike for about 60 miles total. We did have a small issue with a noise that there customer service and techs quickly figured out and told us how to fix it over email. The battery seems to last quite sometime. He rides it on level 3 assist and he rides about 15 miles and the battery is still well over half full. My dad is 83 and he looking forward to our next ride next weekend. 1) The manual didn't match the product I bought, the directions in the demo video on the amazon page was more useful than the old manual for a similar product. 2) The rear fenders were crooked and thus I could not get them to work right with the angle of the rear wheels. 3) The rear break either constantly grips, or it doesn't grip at all, but the front break works so it's moderately safe. 4) read basket mesh grid doesn't line up with the mounting holes, this isn't a big deal, but it just means the whole basket ends up being either an inch to the left or right from center. Took about 3 hours to build, I'm not an amateur, and this process was a lot. You save money by buying a DIY trike, but it also gives the seller more room to neglect and mess up with plausible deniability. The tires come deflated, which makes sense. Motor works, but the way it accelerates is a little weird, as it goes from slow to a little too aggressive pretty fast. ... show more

My mom cannot drive a car anymore due to age and vision problems, so we thought this might give her a little more independence. We purchased based on previous reviews. The color is very nice. We picked the teal color. The online picture doesn’t do the color justice. It is actually a pearl teal color. The assembly is what was expected based on reviews. An experienced person will likely invest at least three hours in the assembly. It is not a complicated build but it is a little tedious. There is a small issue with the back brake not working as well as we would like so we may have to call customer service for suggestions. Overall it is good quality. It goes pretty fast and has a good range. Would recommend this product. The price is good and the quality is good. ... show more

Great E trike! Free delivery, most bikes on Amazon charge $99 even for prime members. Had it delivered directly to a local bike shop for assembly and delivery. Assembly costs $250 based on 3 estimates so check around. My bike shop said it was a challenge to build so it was worth the cost for me The trike is a smooth safe ride and has the same features as bikes twice the price and more. To save you some research time, the rear wheel width is 27”, nearly impossible to find that dimension anywhere on the internet. Viribus charges $799 not including delivery but sold through Amazon it was less. They also had a $40 coupon which was easy to use and it offset the taxes. I highly recommend it! ... show more

This was HORRIBLE to assemble. The manual is a joke. It took over 6 hours!! We both have high college degrees, we’re not stupid. The pictures are hard to decipher. The video is unable to open, that THEY sent! Once completed, it appears to work fine. The brakes are extremely complicated and rather important!! Still tweaking those. Love the color pink! It would definitely be worth paying a bike shop to put together, if you can! It should’ve been more pre assembled on some parts. Good Luck!!! ... show more

    • It's fast! Fun! Lots of power.
Great for running errands or exercising and fun I'm loving to ride again at 67 since my mobility is slowing .It's also my physical therapy for back and knee injury. I do peddle most of the time and use the power for backup. Happy riding.

This trike is fun to ride! Assembly was a bit difficult, but the instructions were straightforward. The battery charges faster than I thought. The only thing I dislike is that the chain guard is really thin. While riding one time, my pedals weren't moving, so I got off to take a look and I realized the chain guard was bent out and my pedal kept hitting the top of it...the good news is that since it's thin, it was also really easy to push back into place. ... show more
