Bought the R5-5600X, 1TB NVME SSD, 32GB Ram, RTX 4060. Paid $999 US. Computer arrived nicely packed, opened up and ran perfectly from jump street. Had to call customer service to get a key for windows, but they had me dialed in while I was on the phone. After about five or six weeks, the SSD took a crap. I called customer service and they had me take and send a couple of pics right then. They identified the SSD as one they had had several problems with, immediately appologized and offered me a replacement. During the replacement process, CS stayed in touch with me constantly, reassuring me that the issue was being taken care of. My new SSD is enroute now. I expect no issues. - ***UPDATE*** - SSD arrived in less time than they told me. It was preconfigured with a fully activated copy of Windows. Snapped right in like it was made just to do that very thing, and I was back up and running in five minutes. Easy, peasy, toasty, cheesy. Bravo, ViprTECH! This PC is not made with top shelf parts, but it does what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. I have a 55 inch, 4K, 120 hZ TV I use as a monitor. I can play Cyberpunk 2077 at 2560x1440 res, high detail, ray tracing on ultra, and get between 55 and 70 FPS, with the liquid-cooled system running literally ice-cold (55C). Not bad for a $999 machine. When I bought this, I needed two new PCs. I got two, for $2000. The other PC was a Skytech model I bought for my wife. She doesn't game nearly as much, so her machine has an RTX 3060 Ti. Viprtech is a new company. They are lean and hungry and doing good work to get inexpensive but capable PCs into gamer's hands. They are definitely a good choice for your next PC, especially if you need to get absolutely as much PC as you posibly can for every dollar you spend, and you want to buy from a company that will work to make sure you get treated right. This computer is absolutely amazing, I've only had it for 3 days and it exceeds my expectations. This computer ran everything I threw at it with no struggles. Everything was very simple to set up. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone looking for a starting gaming PC, or even an upgrade from something existing. The price is amazing and I received it 2 days early. This computer will run fortnite on epic settings and get about 200fps with no drops, same thing with Minecraft with shaders. Everytime I tried to turn on my pc it would automatically reboot in a loop. UPDATE so I went to Best Buy to get it fixed and I did which cost me around 170 dollars. I will say this pc runs very well but the fact that I spent over 1k on this pc just for it to trouble shoot on me when I first got it was very disappointing considering that you guys said that you run every gaming pc before sending it out to the buyer. If I was to rate this experience I’d give it a 5/10 but the pc overall is very great! If the trouble shooting situation didn’t happen I wouldn’t gave it a 10/10. Update AGAIN… So it’s around the beginning of may and my pc does the same thing. Thank god I didn’t have to pay another 170 dollars for it to get fixed again. But then the wifi plug in that was given to me stops working. By all the if you don’t want your first pc experience to be like this FIND ANOTHER WORKING PC AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS. ... show more

Before I ordered this item I did a lot of research and asked questions of those around me that has more knowledge of PC’s. I bought this as a gift for my daughter, who is a gamer. There was a slight delay on the shipping but the seller did call me and let me know the details of the why. Once the item was received and unboxed my daughter was very pleased with the look of the PC. She FaceTimed with me to show me. It’s pretty cool! Once she had it all set up and ready to go we had an issue with the Microsoft product key. I messaged the seller (I thought I might hear back the next day) with a picture of the error code. The seller answered me back within minutes of the initial message. I was surprised at how quickly they responded and very pleased. My daughter has had the PC for a week now and has had nothing but great things to say about it. She is please with the way it processes and she tells me there is no lag. She plays online games like League and always has something going in the background. With all this being said, for the price point this seems to be a really good buy and I’ll say, the customer service of this small business is outstanding. Product came 2 days earlier than expected. The outer Amazon box was battered up a bit, which worried me. But when I unboxed the manufacturer's box, the PC was well secured and protected with space fillers. They even protected the inside of the PC with a space filler. Really pretty with the lights on too. You get a QR code that links you to a detailed but short instructions to set it up. Very easy to follow for all levels. Internet wifi is really slow with this PC though, but it was like that for my old PC. It's probably because of my router but... we'll see. Update: there are no Bluetooth drivers.. I am checking the device manager, and the Bluetooth is not even showing. I've tried troubleshooting, but it can't even find the Bluetooth radio. I'm thinking about returning it if I don't figure this out. It's weird that a PC was built with no Bluetooth drivers.. Update on my update: Just get a Bluetooth USB for $10 on Amazon, I guess. Bluetooth works now! It's just annoying that it's taking up a USB port space now. ... show more

I stream on Twitch and wanted to find a computer strong enough to run the latest games while also streaming. This computer came ready to use and exceeded every expectation so far. Sure, there are stronger and faster out there, but this is a great deal for the price and perfect starting point if you're a first time buyer then easily upgrade from there when needed.
