  • You get what you pay for
I'm mainly giving giving this product 3 stars due to the materials, otherwise it appears just as advertised. I can't speak for the more expensive look-a-likes, but I think the biggest reason this product is priced as is because the materials are very cheap. I've assembled a fair amount of discount furniture and the vinyl wrapped "wood" was a first for me. Because of how it's wrapped, I recommend having a 1/4" drill bit ready to go to clean up the holes before attempting to insert any hardware. From a distance, the product looks fine. The vinyl seams can only been seen up close and they wound up being hidden once assembled. You can see some stretching at the corners, but its minor. All the notched corners for the bottom two shelves had a large delamination in the wrapping, but they vinyl could be stretched in place without tearing when assembled. I am curious to see how the vinyl holds up to spills. The top portion is not removable like some similar carts, but that's probably for the better. Assembly was fairly easy, once I cleaned the holes. All the hardware needed was there and the holes generally lined up where they needed to be. I did need to bend some of the bottom grating to get those holes to line up, but it wasn't overly difficult. I'd say it takes about 30-45 minutes to build. There were several minor imperfections in the paint on the metal with some rust showing. I don't think it was intentional for aesthetics because it was inconsistent; only a few pieces and and certain locations had the imperfections. The cart should do the job but I'll probably want to get a nicer one down the road. I'll update if it breaks. ... show more

  • Patience to assemble
Hard to assemble. Directions need to be clearer

  • Get EXACTLY what you pay for
**BE CAREFUL, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR** The positives: The only thing preventing me from giving this 1 star is because I actually think it looks nice. It has a nice wooden look to it so it goes well with the aesthetic of our apartment. But that’s where the positives end. The negatives: First, I refuse to believe that this was created by an engineer. So many of the pre-drilled holes just didn’t align, it made single-person assembly almost impossible. I frequently found myself stretching and pulling on this thing to force things to align. I actually gave up with a couple of the holes because I just couldn’t get them to align, so I guess technically I’ve never fully assembled this thing(see image). Definitely assemble this with AT LEAST 1 other person. Second, the material is VERY cheap, so please assemble with care. I found myself having to hammer in the wooden pegs because they wouldn’t fit easily in the pre-drilled holes, and a couple of the pegs just went straight through the backside of the material (see image). Now our bar cart has these ugly holes coming out the side of it. Be very careful when assembling because it’s very cheap material. I bought this bar cart because it looked nice and was cheap. Turns out the age-old mantra of “you get what you pay for” rings true, because this is the epitome of that. You’re better off forking over some extra cash and getting a better quality one. Final verdict: AVOID THIS! ... show more

  • Important Information to know
Bought this for a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. She absolutely loves it!! We found that building it was a lot more complicated than we anticipated. The screws and the predrilled holes didn’t like up. Some of the screws wouldn’t thread either. Have your own tools in hand because the tools they send with the cart are terrible and are nearly impossible to use. This same exact cart was on sale at a store in my neighborhood for almost double the price. Once the cart assembled it looks amazing. Just be prepared to make adjustments. I think if you are prepared for that, then it really won’t take as long as it did us, who weren’t prepared. ... show more

  • Meh
the cart came with the wrong instructions to assemble it and was missing some pieces. For what its worth the manufacturer can do better. Didn't bother return because I was able to jimmy rig it and already have it decorated.

  • Its nice looking
It does the trick and its nice. One major flaw it has No backstop for the wine or martini glasses you hang and they have to have a very small circumference in the stand to even be hung. I hung some decorative glassware but not my nice wine glasses the bottoms were too long. I use mine more for looks than for usage ... show more

  • Too bad it's so hard to assemble
If I had written this review in the middle of the build it would be one star. It took my husband and I at least 90 minutes. The instructions are out of order. They are missing the step where you need to put the shelves and cross bars in before the 2nd side. The unit is really hard to square up. Without 2 people this would be impossible. The positive is it's the exact small size I was looking for to tuck in my dining room corner. The other positive is it holds a ton a alcohol bottles. It freed up 2 shelves in my pantry. It's not high quality and the color is not exactly as expected but it will serve it's purpose for the time being. ... show more

  • You get what you paid for
All I will say, please read the other reviews, every negative comments was on point. You can’t even use the wine glass holder section ( it won’t hold the stem of the glasses). You get what you paid for……. Will invest in another one twice or triple it’s price for longevity!
