I moved into a high rise apartment for the first time. This wagon has been a life saver. I used it for the move itself and it was incredibly helpful. Now that I'm moved it, we use it for home depot runs, the beach, and even walk it to the grocery store and back. It's essential for getting things from the garage up to the 7th floor. This is a great Yard wagon...spacious, sturdy and easy to pull through the grass. On the other hand, getting to the beach area through the deeper sand, the tires just sink and then the whole wagon becomes a skid. Pulling then becomes dragging through the sand until you get to the packed sand portion right next to the water. Sorry, but I don't recommend this product if you intend to use it to get your "gear" to the beach through the deeper sandy area. This wagon is really easy to assemble, easy to folder. It is a great helper when I was doing yard work. Cannot wait to go beach using this wagon and also I think it should be very useful for this winter ski trip:)
